The toilet was leaking - after some investigation by the receptionist we were given another room - so no issues there

Air conditioning would have been nice, but the ceiling fan worked well and there was a lovely breeze when I opened the windows in the morning and evening

The staff were friendly and so accommodating. They let me use the pool and facilities after check out as my bus didn’t leave until 7 pm. I don’t know how I could have managed all day in the heat otherwise.

In desert region with such comfortable hotel. With swimming pool Room and cleanliness are adequate to suit typical guest needs Breakfast moment was enough to let guest enjoy nice sand dune view. Of course, no luxury. just basic bread, eggs and coffee.

Not having AC in rooms. Staff was a bit confusing: they let someone park the car in front of ours and take the keys. It took us a while to leave the hotel because they had trouble finding the car owner.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The rooms were spacious and nice. We had a nice breakfast.

The water pressure on the toilet is poor. It takes hours to refill the tank, so using the toilet was a little of a hassle. If you have a big family... be prepared haha. We stayed on the 3rd floor on a Wednesday. It was pretty quiet and we got great sleep.

The location is amazing near all the restaurants and the lake. Breakfast is simple but fresh and made for you as you requested.. the room with an air conditioner is a plus.. it was great to have all night as it gets pretty hot. They have luggage storage if you have more tours and want to drop your suitcase for the day!

Breakfast is too basic, and they run out of milk for coffee. not a big deal though as it’s understandable the town is pretty far from other big towns and might explain the supply.

The hotel was quite nice, you are treated to the desert dunes view from your room balcony and the rooftop breakfast area. The bed is comfortable and the room is sufficient size. There is also an AC that works quite well and a respite for the desert heat. There is also a big pool which is pleasant after climbing up the dunes. The location is also pretty central right smack in the lake/oasis and near bars and restaurants (pretty much all of Huacachina though since it’s a tiny oasis town).

A great value for money property in the very centre of Huacachina. Our room was simple and clean with great views of the sand dunes. The pool area was fairly well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice too!

Shower took a longtime to run hot and pressure was low- but totally expected given the location. Pillows were pretty hard - but they happily swapped it for me!

The perfect location on edge of the oasis lake. The rooms were as expected . Basic but very clean and the whole property is well maintained. Staff were all excellent. The breakfast served on the top terrace was perfect for us. We loved the pool and sunlounger were plentiful and very comfortable to relax on. Great secure parking for our Motorcycle too! They organised the Sunset Dune buggy tour for us too! I was extremely pleased with this choice of accomdation in Huacachina.

The room felt a bit dated.

The room was a great size and offered ample storage space. The property location is also good, right in front of the oasis (which is a relatively small place so all hotels will feel central). There is a grocery shop available just 1 min walk away and many restaurants are nearby. They offer a shuttle service from Ica (rather costly at 30 soles for 10 mins) and also tours.
