What a fun boutique hotel. There are courtyards throughout the first floor. We were on the first floor with bedrooms that had windows opening onto the courtyards. The staff was so helpful. We had a very early pick-up our first morning. Since we were going to miss breakfast they packed us a lunch to take with us. One of the things we really appreciated was that the hotel arranged all our local transport - to and from the airport, to and from the Magic Fountain park. The service they employ provide very professional drivers at reasonable costs. Be aware that sounds transfer easily throughout this hotel. It wasn't a problem as everyone in the hotel was courteous and kept noise to a minimum.

The building and room are quite oldish. The street outside can be noizy.

We rent a room in this hotel just to spend a night before our flight. For a night stay it is good place in Miraflores. The room was quite spatios with all you may need. Facilities were in good conditions. Breakfast was ok to start the day. Staff was friendly. We can park our car in front of the hotel.

Some of the rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms on different occasions) have very limited direct natural light as they have internal windows which look into the building. One room (double) was very small with little space for 2 people to store luggage.

Brilliant location, only a few minutes walk from the ocean front and the main square of Miraflores (Kennedy Parque). We cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. They organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport which worked perfectly. Comfortable beds, rooms very clean and nice bathrooms. Good breakfast and communal areas pleasant.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly, but that's ok. The check-in is super late and even if the room is free they don't allow you to check-in early unless you pay 60% of the daily rate, which is ridiculous. Other than that is good value for the money.

Room choice for a 4 night stay.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very lovely and great location. It was also quiet which is a bonus. However, the room given to me was a very small internal room. I was booked for 4 nights and only stayed two nights and went to another property. A pity as the hotel and staff are great. Just ended up with a room that is given to guests staying one night and not two guests who were booked to stay for 4 nights. I would stay again, but would want to ensure I was not given the internal room.

Very spacious room, good water pressure in the shower and instant hot water. Furnitures are very stylish and the interior of the building and the room gives the sensation of a historical Peruvian building. Good lunchbox

It was extremely humid in there due to no AC. The floor was sticky, everything felt sticky. We only had a fan, which was quite loud and didn’t help with the humidity much. Also, there was only a window facing the inside of the hotel for the room I was staying in, and it didn’t feel very secured.

Loved the location and the decor. The staff was also great. Breakfast was good enough.

When we first arrived, we had been allocated one of the rooms upstairs that felt a bit more hostel-like because of the internal windows but we were also very tired and jet lagged so may have just been a bit grumpy and mismatched expectations around "boutique" for our first night in Peru! The staff were super friendly and let us change because they had other rooms free.

Our room was on the ground floor next to the patio and felt lovely having doors and window opening onto the patio every morning. The bathrooms were beautifully done with great rain showers. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip - such a great variety of things and all fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, yummy bread, eggs, tomato and avocado. And gorgeous light room with jazz playing - really idyllic. The location is brilliant, really close to the lovely coastal cliff-top gardens and Parques Kennedy and Central that feel very chilled and full of locals hanging out with the cats, craft markets and dancing on weekend evenings. We would have loved to stay here on our way back but it was fully booked.
