The bed was a bit firm. There was water in the hallway from a leaky roof, which I only mention because with the tile floor, it was a bit slick.

It's about 40 minutes from the airport. The location is excellent. Easy walking to restaurants, bars, and the park overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was very good with great coffee. the bathroom was tight but very nice.

You can sometimes hear a little noise if someone is loud in the room next to you, but it really wasn’t a problem.

Hotels should provide free boiled or treated water to guests. This was provided by the other 3 hotels we stayed at in Peru and very strange they asked us to pay 17 soles for 2 Liter bottle of water, literally 4x the price at a corner shop. That’s ridiculous.

Very close to the ocean front and to the landmark that is Larcomar. The staff, especially Nathan, has a very good level of English, which was very invaluable. Moreover, Nathan always went above and beyond to help us.

Be aware: the bathroom sink is small and it was hard not getting water everywhere. They said not to hang up towels on wooden surfaces, which is understandable, but that was hard considering there is nowhere to hang hand or body towels. Our room was near the breakfast area, so we were awoken everyday at 7 am due to them playing classical music.

A very clean and comfortable place located really close to Kennedy Park, where a lot of restaurants and bars are. The staff was really nice, helpful, and having someone at the desk 24 hours allowed us to explore the nightlife safely knowing someone was expecting us back. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.

The front desk officer is very helpful and very nice to us. The hotel has all the amenities we need, fast internet, and the breakfast is really good and has a very generous serving. The room is big and clean.

Everything was perfect. We were so happy with our decision to choose this Casa. We loved the quiet location not far from the sea and not far from other visiting places in Miraflores. The neighbourhood was safe. We enjoyed evenings in the Casa outside terasa. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. All Casa have great atmosphere. We liked it very much.

Shower was not very hot, could be better specially with how cold it gets at night. When other rooms were using at the sama time, it barely heated up.

What a fun boutique hotel. There are courtyards throughout the first floor. We were on the first floor with bedrooms that had windows opening onto the courtyards. The staff was so helpful. We had a very early pick-up our first morning. Since we were going to miss breakfast they packed us a lunch to take with us. One of the things we really appreciated was that the hotel arranged all our local transport - to and from the airport, to and from the Magic Fountain park. The service they employ provide very professional drivers at reasonable costs. Be aware that sounds transfer easily throughout this hotel. It wasn't a problem as everyone in the hotel was courteous and kept noise to a minimum.

The building and room are quite oldish. The street outside can be noizy.

We rent a room in this hotel just to spend a night before our flight. For a night stay it is good place in Miraflores. The room was quite spatios with all you may need. Facilities were in good conditions. Breakfast was ok to start the day. Staff was friendly. We can park our car in front of the hotel.

Some of the rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms on different occasions) have very limited direct natural light as they have internal windows which look into the building. One room (double) was very small with little space for 2 people to store luggage.

Brilliant location, only a few minutes walk from the ocean front and the main square of Miraflores (Kennedy Parque). We cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. They organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport which worked perfectly. Comfortable beds, rooms very clean and nice bathrooms. Good breakfast and communal areas pleasant.
