Water supply is inconsistent. It stops at the middle of the day. It’s annoying when I had to ask for water. I’m not sure if it also happens in other hostels but it has to be consistent! There’s no receptionist at all times. Had to wait for a long time to check in.

It's a pretty barebones hostel but more than worth it for the price!

The ladies who ran the place were wonderful. They answered all my questions and got me set up with a tour to Vinicunca for a good price. Excellent price for a private room. Shower was nice and hot. Good location close to main square but far enough away to not be too noisy.

They're so friendly and kindly. Also very close to town so nice to walk and easy for sightseeing! Good location and good price. Room is clean. Toilet and bath is share but clean and no problem.

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything that's going on outside of your room.

For the price I paid it's perfect. Comfy bed, hot shower, nice people. Recommend!

The staff was amazing. The location was really good. However, it was freezing ! The room was so cold ! And to go to the bathroom/shower, we had to go outside. At night it was really cold.

I barely got hot water for my shower. There were lots of ants in my room. The room had a fetid odor. The bed had a huge indentation, I left for another accommodation after my first night, even though I paid for two nights.

The value was great. However, because it was extremely affordable, the accommodation was awful.

I stayed here twice and loved it, the staff are very helpful and kind. There is hot water, and usually you just have to ask them about the water before you shower as the town has limited water supply. I had no issues though, always managed to have water. Comfortable bed, great location.

No towels, no toilet paper, I found it expensive for what it was and you can definitely find way better value for money (I switched Hostal for the next nights)

The shower wasn’t the hottest nor the strongest water pressure but it was ok to freshen up quickly.

Private bedroom was nice as was the small communal courtyard area. Quiet too. Towels & soap included was a nice touch. Very close to the main Plaza and many amenities.

The hostel has a very unique location, just beside the main plaza. The Hosts were very friendly and attentive, the place is quiet and the room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. Nothing to say, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

I had to wait for 2h for the check-in. They have a number you can call, but there’s no reception in the area so it’s impossible to contact them (another person I talked to had the exact same thing happening to them). The room itself is really uninviting, and the bathroom is not clean. Not with the price you had to pay, at all.
