The stairs was so many stairs to reach it and one of the staff I had no cash and needed to print paper urgently and she refused to print it free

It would be really nice if the would be a station with hot water or access to facilities to make tea and coffee.

Property was nice and clean within walking distance from city centre :) Breakfast was really good and for the two mornings when we had to leave early for our tour we get packed breakfast.

The room (room 7) was freezing cold (Although they do give blankets!!) and the bed seemed like it was really old, as it had a huge dent in the middle -- the mattress felt like a donut! Also, the shared bathroom didn't have hot water and I tried ti twice during my stay

Really nice inside, amazing view on the terrace, and breakfast options were good although there wasn't the sausage option (listed on the menu) on my second day of the stay. Good place to meet other travellers, and the location on Resbalosa street is close to the square but less touristy than staying right ON the square/its main roads.

Room was noisy hearing people coming into the property at all times of the night and hearing drunk people walking the streets.

In the bedroom, the floor was made of wood, very comfortable and nice, but it made sounds every time we walked. That was the only thing that wasn't very enjoyable

The location was very comfortable, close to the 'Plaza de Armas,' and the central area was green and very, very nice

Get ready to climb a ton of stairs as the place is quite high up, and you'll be pretty cold the whole time; showers are impossible to get right

The good view comes with a drawback, i.e a lot of steps to get to the place! A bit noisy...tdue to the wood floor especially. The hot shower was not working in one bathroom.

Very nice view! Very helpful people: the suggested us where to take some buses and move around.

Hot water we found to be bit hit n miss until we worked out to shower before the mains water goes off at 10am.

The first days take your time climbing up the stairs to avoid headaches :-).

Amazing staff, amazing views, very comfortable rooms and services. The check in process online was very user-friendly and saved us a lot of time upon arrival. Also the tours and transportation services offered by the front desk are very helpful and extensive.

the location is uphill so after doing tours, it take some additional effort to get to your room

My room was dark with almost no natural light coming in. cold without a heater. The location is on an uphill which takes most of your energy climbing all the steps to get in. expensive breakfast with poor to bad quality

The shower took around 5 minutes to get hot in my downstairs room and there was no toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The beds were warm and cozy. There were food and drinks to order on the beautiful rooftop as well as snacks by the front desk.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms are rather minimalistic but fit the price.

Super friendly staff, always going the extra mile. We loved the roof top bar with literally the best view, especially for sun-down. Lovely decorated with loads of plants and a lot of space to chill outside your Hotelroom. We can definitely recommend a stay.

Laundry was pretty expensive. Bathroom in our room had a openable window (the only source of ventilation) towards a corridor which was a little awkward. The breakfast was okay, they had a few combos with mostly eggs and bread. The coffee was poor. Not their fault but you have to walk some stairs to get there and with Cusco’s altitude it’s very tiring.

Beautiful view from the terrace. A lot of common areas, a fireplace that was handled by the staff if you asked for cool nights. Pretty rooms with nice views. Staff helped us when we reported a stink in bathroom by bleaching the whole bathroom. The restaurant had a pretty nice offer. Close to centre with a few restaurants just a few steps away.
