No elevators and depending on the room you get, it can be a pain to carry bags up 2-3 floors. Staff doesn’t offer to help with this. Also the location is nice but a bit far from the city center for our liking. Keep an eye on the map! Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. One of the receptionists was new so he was too strict about the breakfast rules and a bit rude in his mannerisms. We quickly talked to management and sorted it out.

Room was well described in the app/ online, so we knew what to expect. Staff allowed us to park a rental for free and even allowed us to leave bags for a few hours after check out.

Breakfast was adequate but not great. Wifi speed was variable and at times unavaialable.

Excellent front desk staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is very nice, close to a big park and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, about 20 minutes to walk to city center.

The hotel is clean. The bathroom was spotless and larger than expected, the bedroom was neat as well as clean. The beds were firm and to us that was comfortable. Each level had its own wifi password and we had a good connection. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was served buffet style with plenty of fantastic food. The front staff was courteous and helpful. I was contacted immediately after booking the rooms and was impressed they wanted to confirm and get details of my arrival.

the hotel is OK, a bit away from the center, but walkable. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with a bit of refreshing, though. I always had the feeling they are tight on the purse. The bigger rooms are better, as in bigger (but a bit more expensive).

The location was great. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town with two large parks close by. My stay was very restful and peaceful. It is within walking distance of the center of town, 6 blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As it is a walk from town, at night time I wouldn't personally do it alone - heads up for solo travellers

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. As it was a 15 minute walk to the center so it was also quiet at night time. We arrived very early off an overnight bus and we were able to check in right away. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Helpful and nice staff. We also were leaving before the breakfast times and the staff made up a take breakfast bag for us.

This Hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to the City. The breakfast is very nice. The Hotel also Organized Trips for us, everything went whithout any Problems. Laundry Service is also suggestable.

There was a little humidity in the restroom but not a big deal. the bathtub made the experience different, it was a confusion with the towels was missing one and they were asking a lot of questions,

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff were always generous and willing to serve and help. We were very happy they offered an in-house laundry service. The hotel is very secure as well and in a lovely upscale neighbourhood near a large and beautiful public park.

Walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. In a very quiet area of the city. Clean rooms. Hot water. Good breakfast. Staff are helpful and kind. They had a boxed lunch ready for us on our last day as we had to leave early to get our flight. This is a great find!

Selva Alegre is 10 minutes walk from the center of Arequipa. Rooms are comfortable and clean, shower was hot. Continental breakfast with a lot of choices. Staff was very kind. Our group of 7 was very happy!

The breakfast was average but seemingly typical for Peru.

Lovely location, not far from the historic centre (15 minutes) but nice and quiet. Really helpful staff, they helped arrange tours for us.

The beds could have been better!

The location of this hotel is amazing, there are an amazing park nearby, is very close to great restaurants, and near the city historical centre, great walk to do by the way. The hotel was great, very warm, the shower was amazing. The beds weren't as cosy as the should be, but it was all right.

We went to have breakfast an hour after the breakfast offering had started. The coffee was strong but not very good and the eggs were almost gone and cold. Maybe they were going to make more but we were not informed if that was the case.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of Arequipa still within walking distance of the main square downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful and the overall facility was clean and well maintained. The room assigned to us was spacious.

The personnel was amazing: always ready to answer questions, reserve a taxi, help with the luggage. I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially fresh fruit and vegetables, juices, and varied selection of breads. The room was super cean, and the beds were comfy. Also it is in a very nice neighborhood, close to city center and restaurants.

The only thing I can think of is that they have hot water and instant coffee at breakfast. The server brought me hot milk for my instant coffee thiugh.

The hotel is a sparkling little boutique hotel in a very upscale, safe neighborhood, about 1 km from the Plaza de Armas, with carefully manicured landscaping , beautiful wood accents throughout, sufficient room size, and a new, firm, comfortable bed. All the staff was excellent, but Kelly and Kevin went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to make my stay pleasant. Every hotel should have employees like Kelly and Kevin! The breakfast was delicious too.
