The water never got warm. I had read other reviews about this issue but I left the hot water running for 5+mins and it never got warm. I also found the room very cold. While they do provide lots of blankets so when you are in bed it is warm.

There were a couple of times that the staff weren’t around when I needed them. Also the street was a little dodgy at night.

The hot water took quite a while to kick in, I almost gave up!

The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful! He carried both our very large backpacks up to our rooms which was very appreciated after a long day of traveling! The WiFi was good, breakfast was good and the location was nice and close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel manager did not give me corresponding invoice at the time of payment, he said he would give it to me during checkout. When I checked out I forgot to ask for the invoice and consequently I did not receive it. After 20 days I remembered the detail I called him and asked him to send me the electronic invoice, only after a week of my first call and after insisting the manager sent me the invoice.

The room was clean and in order, next to each bed there was an electric stove, timely for the extremely cold nights of Puno, although I did not need them, the infrastructure of the room and the hotel in general was well maintained, the bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and pleasant.

The room had 2 windows: one overlooking the internal stairs, so we could hear all the noise of the people on the stairs and in the breakfast room like they were in our room (and it was around 5am). The other window had no curtain, so we woke up to the sunrise very very early.

Very good location, city centre is within walking distance. Nice room, clean and with hot water. Helpful and friendly staff. Basic but good breakfast.

the hotel is not far from the Main Street. the rooms are nice, hot shower is possible as well as the heather ks also available. breakfast is basic and included in the room price: some breads/ham/cheese/jam, fruits and cereals accompanied from coffee and tea.

I what I didn't like was that the hotel is a bit far from the main square and the action.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful,all the time ready to help us on whatever we needed.

The sheets were stained, there were hairs in the bed. Need to ring the bell to get in and at one point the man to open the door has left so we were left waiting outside until he returned.

Unfortunately the room was not as clean as it should have been. You could easily see blood spots and others stains on bed sheets. We also did not have hot water until we made them aware and it seems that it does happen often. Breakfast was not as good as other places with the same average price. For instance, I had to ask if eggs were available.

The location was pretty good, just a short walk from the main square. On our arrival, the owner has been very kind by lending us some coins to pay the taxi.

The room was quite musty, there was a good amount of mold in the bathroom.. I understand that Puno is near the lake and the climate is specific, but it would be great to air the room from time to time.
