it was quite noisy, close to one main and one little road, many cars passing by. But I guess Arequipa is generally noisy and I could sleep ok.

This is a wonderful hotel! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ultra clean and they provide the very best rooftop breakfast!!! I appreciated the location, it's not in the center of everything but it's close to everything. I also had the very best shower in all of Peru here, hot with excellent water pressure. I would definitely recommend this place

A bit out of the main area. We did book a tour with the hotel, but seems like it was not really integrated where the hotel would know we booked the tour.

The hostess was accommodating and the place was like a cute terrace house with nooks with plants. They let us check-in early at around 6 am, let our luggage there for our overnight tour, and also gave us a breakfast package when we left before breakfast time. Their breakfast is also provided with effort with a decorated waffel and eggs.

Lovely, very caring staff. Good sized twin bedded room with good sized bathroom. Lots of hangers in the wardrobe. Lovely breakfast terrace on the top floor. Good breakfast with fresh fruit on waffles, eggs, bread with cheese, avocado and olives, tea, coffee. About a 10 minute walk, all downhill to Plaza de Armas. Some rooms overlook a busy main road. We didn't find this a big deal. Very good value for money.

A little noisy if you have a room with a window facing the street and the location is maybe a little out of the centre, but still not too far too walk.

Helpful and friendly staff, who really helped us out when one of us was ill. Well appointed room, with a desk etc. Breakfast was great also.

* staff was rude * location far out of centre * they lost half of our laundry and still made us pay full price and ignored the fact that they had lost it * beds were ridiculously small and uncomfortable * greedy breakfast and pictures are not representative of the breakfast. When asking for more, they would maybe give you one extra slice of advocado

Before we arrived we got a message that we should now pay the cost of the room via a saparate link, otherwise the booking would be cancelled. So we did and got a confirmation. Then at check out at 3 am it took half an hour to explain to the person behind the desk that we already paid. Everytime he came back with a new question. Also when the bus for the tour was a bit late, he told us to call the operator. Apparently he didnt know the hotel was the tour operator.

Very helpful staff, good location. Spatious and clean room. Bedore arrival good communication via whatsapp with the hotel to answer all questions we had.

The location of the hotel is in the main road, then all the noise from the street can come into the room. The doors only shut banging it. And because it is an old style hotel, there is glass on top of the door which makes the light from the corridors shine on your face. I don't think it takes long to put a curtain there. We needed to improvise it. You can hear everything from the corridors.

The staff are very friendly. It is not far from the main turistic areas. You can book tours direct with the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Odd payment system outside of booking.com, room was quite stuffy, luggage storage didn't feel secure; I could easily access my bags, and had I wanted to, other people's as well.

Fairly convenient for town, 10 minutes walk from the Plaza. Fairly cheap.

Complained three times about the shower not working (no hot water and literally nothing more a dribble of water) & nothing whatsoever was done to fix it. Rooms are a dated. If the shower worked it would have been ok value for money.
