You have to ring the bell to get in or out. The breakfast was always the same and only one portion. Only instant coffee. No shampoo. The curtain’s didn’t block the sun.

The location was great. Walking distance from the city center. Staff was good. Helped with taxi and tours. Good for one night.

Great value for money, big rooms, hot showers (the best we've had in hostels/ hotels in South America) and very friendly staff. Luggage storage was easy and staff let us sit and wait for our transfer. Tours arranged by the hotel were good value and interesting.

Access to the front door only available using a buzzer located on the wall. Not really a problem though, unless it's raining and you forgot the rain gear.

Good location near the main square. Lots of eating choices and some nice coffee shops. ATM's close by. Plenty of booking agencies around but you can book at the hotel for lake trips.

The bell for getting in/out wasn't my favourite thing. However it wasn't going off a lot thankfully.

The bed was so comfortable. The location was pretty good too. It's within walking distance to restaurants and some of the main squares. It is only about half an hour to walk to the lake. There was also an indoor marker nearby. The staff were helpful.

Booked it last minute at 4 am just off the back of a lengthy night bus and got a cheap room with breakfast included to get our heads down for a few hours - ideal!

The outside door is locked. On one occasion i was locked out and despite ringing the doorbell continuously, Whatsapping 2 different numbers and sending an email it took 20 mins for someone to let me in. It didnt help that it was raining. When i expressed my annoyance no explanation or apology was offered. Im hoping this was a one-off but it spoiled my experience of sn otherwise pleasant hotel. The plug sockets were old and i had to balance my plug on my Rucksack to maintain connection

I couldn't figure out how to lock my room with the key from outside, but it didn't really bother me much since I was only staying the night - arrived late and checked out the next morning.

Comfortable room and the shared bathroom was right outside my room. Good location. Friendly staff. The breakfast was basic but fine. Tea and coffee were available for free all day. Safe luggage storage and I was able to stay in the lobby for a long time after check out (I was leaving in the evening).

Breakfast was very simple and not enough for us, though they made scrambled eggs which taste super nice. There were no gluten or lactose free options. However, the bread and marmalade tasted good.

The bed was very comfy, the shower was nice, too, with hot water. The internet was stable. They offer tea and hot water at reception. Good value for money for a one-night stay!!!

Brekky was a bit simple but this has been consistent in Peru, only one egg for Brekky with some white bread and jam.

Staff were so friendly and the room itself was super clean and cosy. Great location close to many restaurants.

Great value for money accommodation! The room is actually better than it looks on pictures. We had a room with private bathroom, and the shower was nice and warm and good pressure. We slept well, without noise. There’s also a simple breakfast included. Close to the walking street with the restaurants

I arrived really early after getting a night bus and wasn't due to stay at the hostel until the day after (when my tour finished). Not only did they allow me to store my luggage, but they were kind enough to let me stay in reception for 2-3 hours until I was collected for my tour. They also had no problem with me having some coca tea since I was a bit poorly. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Breakfast was lovely too.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned, which combined with the super dim lighting can be a tad creepy, but honestly not a problem overall, plus the furniture looks great

The location is superb. I had a good sleep. The staff are supportive. The breakfast is pretty decent. I hope they will maintain their services like this. Buena servicio!
