Everything was perfect However, for a breakfast I would recommend small local cafes that have more Peruvian than “continental” options.

Hotel offers flexible check in / check out. We had a nice clean spacious room at 9th floor. Of particular notice is the rooftop bar and swimming pool! The views are breathtaking! We have also enjoyed massage and sauna in the hotel. Cannot complain for anything as we did not have any unpleasant situations. Peru is a great country and I recommend all to visit Peru and make sure to make a stop over in Lima! We have wondered through the city until very late and have not experienced anything bad.

All good - no complaints

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Assistance with a very hard to get dining reservation was successful and greatly appreciated. Great neighborhood close to the ocean and very walkable to nearby restaurants, parks etc. Room was very clean and well maintained (excellent shower!). Rooftop area was great for swimming and later tapas dining. If flying out, leave adequate travel time to airport. Would stay here again.

The rooftop was smaller than I thought and could get a bit crowded. The pool was super small and seemed like an after thought.

This place was quite luxurious inside. I loved the colour scheme. The room was beautiful. The concierge who helped us at the front was able to accommodate the type of room we wanted (we wanted to be able to see the water). He really exceeded our expectations. The food on the rooftop was delicious. And the sunset was perfect from up there. The gym was very very nice and had amazing views.

I was traveling on a mother/son trekking trip and we stayed in Lima one night before flying to Cusco. I didn’t like that the bathroom doors are frosted and you can see through them. I needed more privacy traveling with a college son. But other than that it was excellent

Check in experience could have been better as we arrived a bit early and we had to wait till 3pm to have a room ready for us. Some small inconveniences like no coffee served in the rooftop in the mornings also not the best experiences to have but all in all can't complain about much.

Ideal location near the beach and with easy access to Larco Shopping Center. Great facilities and very clean. Great lounge area at the ground floor and an amazing rooftop for a drink in the evening.

The fact that there is no privacy to get ready. You have a shower and a toilet separately and no area to get ready in. If you’re traveling with multiple people I hope you’re not shy!

Location is awesome. Staff is super nice. The hotel is new and modern. The rooftop is the place to be in the evenings. Great food drinks and music. There is a pool on the rooftop. It’s very small though.

Pool opening hours are limited to 8.30am - 5pm! Seems a shame the facilities have such a short usage time when travellers are often out exploring in the middle of the day when it's open.

Excellent location close to great restaurants. Fantastic view from our room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great room facilities like yoga mats. Highly recommend.

Rooftop pool is small but the views from it make up for it

I'm trying hard to think of something!!! Perhaps for your guests who are English they would love a small jug of milk left in the fridge so they could make a cup of tea or some sachets of milk. Instructions for the hot water/coffee maker. I had to ask one of your lovely cleaners how to use it just for hot water! I'm sure you could get more business if the Spa Menu was left on a card in the rooms translated to English. I would have had a massage earlier but left it to go and physically go and see the Spa to find out about treatments and book. Really no criticisms tho. Had a lovely stay.

Travelling alone but always felt welcome and very safe. Staff were lovely. There was just a nice buzz about the place. Loved it. Water in hallways always available and free. Didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Tea/coffee maker in the fridge. Massage was fab. Roof top pool, even though busy most of the times. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Just a lovely atmosphere and buzz about the place at all times.

We were disappointed with the top floor which has the very small pool and bar. The bar is open to non-residents and on Friday and Saturday they have a DJ which makes any conversation just about impossible. We therefore tended to have a drink in the bar on the ground floor which shuts at 11.00pm.

Really lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options. Easily walkable of the coast and shops. Special thanks to Enzo, Lilian and Alemao but everyone else was excellent too!
