Stayed here for 5 nights while on a motorcycle adventure through South America. The facilities were clean and the rooms very comfortable, with great beds, linens and pillows. They also have a secured garage for motorcycle storage. The staff was always smiling and happy to help, The breakfasts were good and the on-site restaurant served good food as well.

It was sometimes easy to hear through the walls into the room next door or in the hallway. Although, that might have been more a consequence of my altitude-induced insomnia.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. We were really very happy with our stay. I think it was a bargain for the price. It was a really nice stay in a good location. And, an added bonus: the market across the street had the best prices for handicrafts and souvenirs.

Staff were difficult to communicate with but you could get by. Took ages to get room service or food in the restaurant. The food isnt great.

The fact that there was a construction outside the hotel it was the only negative thing but I understand it’s something that it’s not on their hands.

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help 5 stars to Monica at the counter and Bryan at the restaurant. Breakfast have variety and taste good, we have lunch at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Super clean and decorated beautifully Overall the experience was above our expectations. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Water is 10 soles, where five minutes down the street in a shop you can pay 2 soles. When in a rush, give yourself extra time! The country of Peru moves at a leisurely pace. But even in a rush, the hotel is helpful.

Loved the breakfast buffet in the morning, incredible touch on complementary coca tea every morning/afternoon in the lobby, easy 15-20 minute walk to the city center, incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Allow for late check out with 24-hour notice.

The hotel is a really large hotel which caters to big groups. It was quite noisy and despite asking for a quiet room we were placed right next to the elevator. When we booked another night after we had finished the Inca trail we asked them specifically not for a room next to the elevator bur alas we were again booked there. a good 1 1/2 km walk to get into the old part of town. No many attractions around the hotel.

I'm American citizen,and my friend Peruvian, we shared the room. But the charger me the VAT 18% Why.??? Is supposed to be free of charge for Turist.

Doesn’t actually have air conditioner. They brought a fan to the room. Very dated decor. Everything is beige and brown. Service also took forever if you eat in their restaurant. Anything to do with the front desk is also very inefficient

The bathrooms could be cleaner and the fact that they were doing remodeling was no great. Street were under construction but that was not on them. No having made to order breakfast
