The pool area was very quiet so there was no facilities like towels or terrace bar.

Lovely hotel! Rooms were really luxurious and comfortable - mini bar, iron, lovely fluffy towels all available in the room. We got a complementary Pisco Sour on arrival which was lovely. Staff were excellent. We booked airport taxis through the hotel too and everything ran so smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location - it’s near restaurants, tourist spots, banks and laundry. The property is beautiful, inside and outside. Plus Frank was very hospitable, gave helpful information about his city and speaks very good English. His nephew, Diego, was a good tour guide. If ever you need a guide to navigate the different towns and suburbs of Lima, please ask Frank to get Diego to be your guide.

Somethings that could be improved: 1. The pool is much smaller than the pic and shallow. It feels like it's just there for the view. 2. The rooms in the pictures look like a newer model with a full glass window instead of partial. However, we got a room without the full glass window. It'll be great if they disclose this in the booking page instead of highlighting one type of room. Also, we booked one that says it has a city view. However, we see just another building in front of us. So it doesn't really matter if it has a view or not it doesn't seem like you will get much of a view unless you're on the top floor. 3. It'll be great if laundry service has the option by the weight instead of having to check off each item. We didn't want to go through all our laundry ditry to count/check off one by one. 4. This is not necessary but it'd be nice if they gave a robe for us to use in the hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Jose Antonio Deluxe. Some things we liked: 1. The room and bathroom are big and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our room has the big jet spa tub (not all rooms had this). They gave us room slippers, water, lotion, and laundry service if needed. 2. The location is closed to shopping centers and restaurants. 3. The staff was nice and accommodating. When we arrived they asked our departure back to our country and asked if we need a drop off service to the airport for $20, if we want a box breakfast to go since our flight is at 6.30am, and if we need a wake up service so we don't miss our flight. 4. The breakfast was.....AMAZING. It's none of those boring usual continental breakfasts you get everywhere else. We had beef fried rice, chicken teriyaki wings, and many other options on top of the usual bread, eggs, cereal, etc. The coffee was the best coffee I had in Peru in the past 7 days we've been here. It's nice to have hot milk with my hot coffee.

Such attentive and nice staff! The room was huge and the hotel very luxurious. We enjoyed the pool with its comfy sun chairs. Complete breakfast buffet with everything you might want. We walked to the pier every afternoon and found lots of nice restaurants and bars around the corner. No complaints whatsoever.

The one drawback for me was that the fotos made the swimming pool much larger than it really is and I really wanted a pool

Room was spacious, with good sized bathroom and strong shower, bed very comfortable and had an iron and ironing. oard which was handy. The location is excellent: 10 minutes from the Malecon in one direction and Huaca Pucllana in the other.

We booked this hotel for the gym facilities, but were disappointed with the condition of the equipment. Both treadmills kept cutting out, which felt dangerous, and the batteries in the screens of the cross trainers had run out. It's a shame as we were really looking forward to using the gym, and it felt like an unloved space in an otherwise great hotel.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge range of options, and the best scrambled eggs I think I've had in a hotel!

Gym room, I like to exercise even when I’m traveling. The exercise room needs some love. I think just by adding some free weights will make a big difference. Gym was clean .

A couple of the team at the front desk were veryn perfunctory . Nothing really bad , just could have been more welcoming.

A very comprehensive breakfast selection. Very good location near Kennedy patrk. Lots of restaurant selections available. The room was spacious and well appointed. Comfoftable bed and pillows. Great AC . Blackout curtains. All in all a very good value.
