A great little hotel in Puno. The staff were great, we had a problem with the toilet and hot water in the shower and these were fixed immediately. We booked the fast boat day trip through the hotel and I highly recommend. Breakfast was basic but perfect, the bread was very good. Lots of blankets available and free tea in the hallway.

From my experience in Peru, this was the only hotel that matched Booking's descriptions. They checked me in as described at 9am and the room had the bath I had booked. Breakfast was 15 Soles and was buffet style with fruit. For the convenience of tourists who have early Tours , breakfast starts at 6. The tap to fill the tub was of course factory faulty, but if you wait longer you can fill it with water from the shower.

Maybe the rooms are slightly less nice than in the photos but still very functional and comfortable.

Beds are comfy and staff is kind. They let us use their bathroom after check in and also storage our luggages. The laundry service is very good as well (of course it will take time to complete, but like everywhere else). Breakfast is very good.

some rooms at lower floors have windows going out to brick wall close as 10cm.

Good location close to the center, but hardly accessible for larger buses (direct transfer may not be possible). Good value for money. Staff very helpful and nice.

The problem is really, Puno. If your expecting a normal hostal with common area, chance to meet others, share stories, etc. You will be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing stay. Staff were wonderful, early check-in allowed and helped us organise a tour to the Floating Islands in the afternoon. Room was quiet, spacious and had hot water.

This place is perfect to stay at when you are in Puno. It’s right in the city center. The room was nice and clean, everything was fine. The price is law. You can go to El Mirador del Condor from where you can get a panoramic view of Puno. The lady at the reception was really helpful, it appears she was the manager. She let us take some fruits instead of breakfast since we had to check out at night.

It was perfect!

Breakfast is from 6am. We had to leave to get a bus at 6.30am and sat there until 6.27 with no breakfast. I had to ask the man serving it if he could pass us out something to have quickly as we had waited so long and had to go. He continued setting up all the tables while we sat there instead of serving the only people there.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and they had extra blankets as it got cold at night.

The staff on reception were absolutely fantastic, they were very accommodating and allowed us to stay in the hotel living areas all day until our bus at 10pm. They also recommended some great restaurants and organised our tours which was a great experience.

Not the best selection for breakfast. The second room we stayed in after checking back in from an overnight tour, the bathroom was very tiny. Also, first check in there was no soap in the room, and second check in there was no towels, so some things were missed by house keeping.

Location was great, short walk to every where needed in Puno. Staff were welcoming and friendly on reception, very helpful with any questions too, had to ask for a few forgotten bits for the room and they were given straight away. Beds were comfortable and had lots of blankets if you were cold.

The hotel is pretty old and definitely needs some refresh, but for its price it is a really decent one!

Very friendly staff, they allowed us to check in early in the morning as we arrived with a night bus and were very tired. They also arranged a boat tour to Titicaca Lake right after we arrived. The hotel is located 5 min from the main square

Little bit noisy due to the street next door

The stuff was absolutely helpful and friendly. Due to my stomach flu I couldn’t do a Titicaca lake tour. So the stuff asked me about the tour agency number and they just called them in order to arrange a reschedule to next day. Furthermore they gave me some fruits and asked me on my well-being frequently. Fantastic crew!!
