Decor was old and drab. Very brown. My heart sank when I first went into the room. A lot of traffic noise from nearby roads. Need earplugs.

The location was really good for accessing the historic centre. Room was clean. There was hot water. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that I did not like.

It was in the historic part of Lima maybe about 3 blocks from the main or central plaza. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Had a couple of fans in the room which was nice. Elevator was appreciated since we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and I could change money (dollars for soles) at the front desk. That was very helpful. And I appreciated them arranging transportation from the airport and back.

Because the hotel is located in the downtown area, at night it can be noisy. I wish this hotel had air conditioning but the room comes with 2 fans and at night it can get cooler if you leave the window open. The shower had hot water but the water pressure was low in my opinion. The room seemed a bit dark in my opinion compared to the photos. It was perhaps because of the curtains and the overall interior decor (Not a huge deal breaker for me). Finally, the breakfast option I thought it was limited. It is not buffet-style. A staff member comes up to you and asks how would you like your eggs. Wish they would offer a menu or something for me to select my breakfast from.

The hotel is located conveniently in the downtown area (Historico Centro). The hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant. The overall cleanliness of this hotel is good. They maintain it well. There is a shuttle service offered through the hotel to the airport (I didn't use this service) If someone requires it I think it's a good added feature.

The beds were extremely firm.

The location of the property was good—within walking distance to Chinatown, the Civic Center shopping mall, the MALI museum, and the museum of Italian art. The various people at reception were all friendly and helpful, as were the men preparing the free breakfast (orange juice, two rolls, butter and strawberry jam, coffee or tea, eggs scrambled or fried). The internet worked well. The hotel was able to organize a taxi to the airport for 70 soles.

The location of the hotel is very good, between Plaza de Armas and Plaza San Martín. It is very handy to visit all the tourist attractions without the need of public transportation. All the staff are very friendly and professional.

Was just using as a transition hotel in the downtown area. Had early check-in and departed at 5 am. We arranged to airport pick-up at LIM airport and pick-up at hotel at 5 am to airport. No issues with pick-up ....excellent service. I have stayed here 8 times and is a great value. Note this is a 2.5-3 star hotel so if your expectations are within the rating you will not be disappointed.
