We arrived early in the morning, and they kept our luggage while we explored until check-in time. The room was very clean, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and the rate was good. Excellent location near the plaza, but far enough away that it was quiet. We had our window open overnight and had a cool breeze and enjoyed the sound of the running water. Our lovely hostess gave us a detailed map of the town and provided restaurant recommendations. We had to leave early in the morning, and they prepared breakfast sandwiches and fruit for us to take with us. Great stay.

LOVED the hosts :) The women there were very welcoming and gave the best advice / explained things for us in English as our Spanish is not very good. Wonderful breakfast each morning with the best view of the ruins. Our room was perfect. Very relaxing with a stream outside.

Breakfast with a view was remarkable. The location is perfect! It was close enough so that we were able to walk everywhere but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. Liz, was a life-saver and one of the most welcoming host we met during our entire stay!

Amazing view of the ruins from the terrace. The owners of were exceptionally warm, hospitable, and helpful. The location was quiet with sounds of the water from the aqueducts, and there was a fantastic breakfast.

The location can’t be best. The hosts were super kind and accommodating, the beds were comfy and warm, and the breakfast room has amazing views. The breakfast itself was excellent - eggs, fresh regional bread, pressed coffee, fruit. We highly recommend this place!

This is arguably the best place to stay in Ollantaytambo. The hotel is located on a quite and very cute street in the old part of the town. You can see all the important ruins from the terrace on the top floor. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady, the breakfast is basic but very yummy, the bed is comfortable, the shower is warm and you can hear the water running in the old inka canals just in front of your window. We spent two nights at the guest house and LOVED it! On our last day we asked the owner to have breakfast earlier and she was so kind to wake up and prepare everything for us. Thanks a lot for this awesome experience!

My only slight issue was that the room was not fully dark, the centre light slightly glows in the dark and the corridor light had a sensor so it comes on when other people walk to their rooms. As there are only 4 rooms in the corridor this isn't a big problem, but black out curtains could prevent this from being an issue, or if you are light sensitive bring an eye mask. Apart from this, this hotel is PERFECT, extremely quiet :)

The location was fabulous, on a quiet pedestrian lane near to the centre square, very quiet at night and with the best views for breakfast in the whole village. The owner was really helpful and the room was clean and the bed were really comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. Ollyuntambo is a lovely place to stop for a couple of nights, not just to get the train, this is a lovely village with good cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as the inca ruins.

At night it did get really cold. We had our own trekking blankets with us which we added to our beds. We didn't say anything to the hotel (it's possible we could have asked for a hot water bottle or additional blankets, for example). But that was the only small issue to be aware of.

The hotel staff in Peru have to be some of the nicest people we have ever met in our travels, and Kamma Guest House ranks at the top. We really appreciated all the recommendations for sights to see and the best times to go. We also loved the private taxi tour to Moray, Chinchero, etc. they arranged for us. Our guide spoke very good English and even agreed to take us on Father's Day which was so kind of him. Our stay in the Sacred Valley was possibly our favorite part of the trip. We loved the food and the people, and exploring the ruins in Ollantaytambo was really magical. The room we had was great: very comfortable beds. Overall pretty warm shower (long, hot showers are not really something you can expect in Peru). Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Very cosy hotel in front of the minor ruins in ollantaytambo and near the centre and the more famous ruins. Very pretty and atmoshperic. Beautiful view from the terrace at breakfast. Definitely recommended.

We had a comfortable stay here and our host was kind enough to accommodate an early check in. It’s in a convenient location and our host gave us a lot of information regarding sites, restaurants, and how to catch the train to Machu Picchu. The following morning we had to be up really early so she even packed a bagged breakfast for us (considering we’d be missing the free breakfast).

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Paola was so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was fresh: fruit, eggs, yogurt and coffee with a side of bread and cheese. Would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Super cool location in the original Inca old city, right across the way from the entrance to Pinkuylluna ruins hike. Sound of flowing water from Inca canal at night. Comfy, modern room with view of ruins from my balcony and view of more ruins from the awesome rooftop patio. Huge delicious breakfast. But the best part was the particularly helpful hosts, two wonderful local women. They really went out of their way to provide me with additional information and take care of all my needs.

Helpful and friendly staff - readily answered all of my questions before and during the stay. Arranged an airport pickup in Cusco for us with an excellent add on tour of Maras and Moray along the way. They met us in the main square in Ollantaytambo, transported our luggage to the hotel, and made sure we got to the ruins in time to tour it before it closed. Location was perfect, just off the square along a quaint and quiet street. Good breakfast with amazing views overlooking the ruins. We were only there one night on our way to Machu Picchu but would have liked to stay longer!
