The hotel wasn’t 100% complete at the time of my stay but this didn’t really inconvenience me in any way.

The location is amazing - right next to the main square. The breakfast was great and made fresh for you every morning. There were a couple of days where I missed the breakfast slot but they went out of their way to prepare me something anyway. The rooms are brand new and extremely clean - nice bathrooms, good quality duvet / pillows and a daily cleaning service. Thanks for making my stay in Cusco such a great experience.

Toilet leaking at base, no effort was made to make it better for us.

During our stay our toilet was leaking and we approached from desk and he gave us more towel to keep on the floor instead of changing our room or calling some one to fix it.

the second room, where I spent only 1 night after my multiple day hike trip, wasn't as clean as the one where I spent few days before the trip.

Location is great since it is basically in the main square and lots of places can be reached by 5-10min walks. The staff is very friendly and open to accommodate special requests (like arranging taxi to or from the airport, very early check outs that helps when you excursions starting at 4am, they also keep your bags at the hotel during your excursions after you check out).

Not impressed with the bathrooms and the shape of the carpet. The hotel definitely is older. We had a tough time in the bathroom with the door not shutting until pushed hardly.

The location for the hotel was great. Walking distance to restaurants, and some major attractions. We had laundry done and that worked out well at 15 soles per kilo. The breakfast was sufficient and the service was good. I did like how we had 3 beds for a family of 4.

There was black mold in the hole bathroom of 106. We stayes tgere for two days and there was no cleaning, even though we asked to empty the bin.

The breakfast was good but only served during the hours 6:30-9:00. However when arriving to the breakfast at 6:30 it still wasnt served. Another group was also waiting for it.

The only good thing about this place is its location. when I was checking in they showed me the broken hanger in the bathroom and asked if it's okay. I mean that says a lot. the last night there was no water in our room, and staff tried to offer me bottled water to compensate for it. I was shocked. In the end, after a long debate and wait, they were willing to give me another room (very dirty as well) with water. On top of all that, the next day after my checkout, they changed my reservation for later dates on their end and marked it as a no-show. Insane. I had to involve booking to deal with them

The hotel is way too old without proper renovation and maintenance. The pictures do not match the room at all. The bathroom shower was clogged and flooded with minimal use. Hot water stopped working after 5 mins. There was a very strong, putrid fragrant smell in the room that won’t go away. Worst of all, we can hear everything throughout the night, footsteps from upstairs, noises from outside the hotel. It was so disturbing that we had to book another hotel the next night just so we could get some sleep.

It is totally unacceptable that this “hotel” not able to provide stable supply of water for you to shower, flush the toilet or even wash your hands. We was told by the hotel staff that the city is facing water shortage issue, the government cut off water supply in some hours, e.g. 11am -5pm, 0:00-2:30am. But they didn’t inform us when we check in, they only told us when we suddenly found that no water is coming out form the tap, what a surprise. We didn’t notice that is a such problem in Cusco because none of our friends visited Cusco mentioned it to us. Later on we found out that other hotels actually managed to provide continuous supply of water to their guests as they have a large water tank to storage the water for use during supply disruption. I don’t know why this hotel cannot install a larger water tank to fit the need of their guests. Anyway we change to another hotel in Cusco immediately on the second night, they can provide stable water supply without interruption. Just 3 block next to the plaza and half the price of this hotel.

My business work on my computer had to be done in the front reception area as I would lose internet connection every couple of minutes. Very frustrating. I was in room 104. There were ants in the bathroom, cracked tiles and grout work needs to be done in the bathroom. Water was shut off for about 10 hours. I am ok with those things but the internet connection was really upsetting.

I loved the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the location, the staff's helpfulness. Everyone was so friendly. The people are amazing. The location was PERFECT!

WIFI did not work The shower had mould on shower head and on ceiling Water pressure was off and on We had friends visit from another hotel before going to dinner, we were told they had to stay in the lobby or pay $15USD per person to visit the room.

Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and walls. Almost no water pressure. We showered quickly under a dribble. No toiletries except for a soap pump on the shower wall. No hairdryer - although the water pressure was so low I didn't wash my hair anyway. Also, I was trying to limit my time in the bathroom due to the mold. For the price, there are dozens and dozens of better hotels. Absolutely will not stay here again.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quieter than expected, given the location, but some street noise comes through. TV with streaming service was nice. Air conditioner was appreciated, especially because it provides some white noise. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with eggs made to order along with yogurt, cereals, meat, cheese, etc. Staff was nice, especially the young lady at breakfast. Convenient location on the plaza.

We couldn't stay at the hotel because the planes couldn't land in Cusco. I asked for a partial refund or to use the reservation on another date but they refused and charged the entire amount.

I was in a room that was right near the foyer and alleyway so noises were evident. Had a slightly dingy, moldy smell.

I went to Machu Picchu and had to take a shower because of the dust. However, the water heater was broken, so I had to take a cold shower in winter. Besides, the water stopped in the middle of the shower. I hurriedly got a 2 liter water bottle from the hotel, bought water outside and sprayed it on my head and body. I was constantly uncomfortable because I couldn't wash properly. It wasn't until morning that the water heater was fixed and hot water started to come out, but my family had to leave because of our schedule.

I think the place is under renovation? Some unfinished rooms and decor. Not a big deal, didn’t impact guests. Also either all the staff is brand new or has not been trained? They were all very nice, but their communication was incredibly poor and they weren’t efficient.

it’s really close to the main square of Cusco Plaza de Armas. it’s located in the center of Cusco, safe and sound 👍 that’s why I really recommend this beautiful place.
