There were no windows in the room and it had mold on the skylight because there was no ventilation. The street the hotel was on had a young nightlife and there were drunk people still there early in the morning.

Our room #103 was right next to the breakfast room so we were woken by sounds of breakfast getting prepared or eaten and breakfast starts at 7 so this wasn’t ideal, but they were booked up and not able to change the room. The room was also smaller than expected based on the photos and price but we made do. We ordered omelettes for our one breakfast that we were able to have onsite but they only had cheese and ham as condiments. No veggies or even tomatoes. We were on a restricted diet and couldn’t eat either cheese or ham so we just had plain omelettes. The rest of breakfast was good. Not a ton of options but there was bread, fruit, 4 or more cereals and eggs to order.

The staff were lovely. The hotel has a modern, newly renovated look. It’s less than a 5 min walk to plaza de armas but tucked in a quiet street. The floors are hardwood and not carpet which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was good. They take egg orders and make to specifications while other items are laid out buffet style. The concierge also let us know that they pack breakfast boxes for those who have to leave early, provided they ask before 7pm on the previous day. There was a permanent tea stand in the lobby with a variety of teas including Muna and Coca (which are supposed to help with altitude sickness) and fresh coca leaves as well.

The staff is super nice, they offered to prepare a packed breakfast for us since we had tours very early in the morning. The building is super modern, nice and clean.

We noticed some weird people outside the property, maybe drunk or high people because there was some bars and a construction going next door. Minor detail, bathroom door didn’t close well, but we didn’t care.

Property was amazing! The price, the location and the breakfast were very good. The design is contemporary and the staff were super nice. Loved the place. Is a few minutes away from The main square and restaurants.

The breakfast is too late in the morning (from 7) but every tour leaves at 3/4 am. I understand 3/4 is not practical but they could at least anticipate to 6 am.

It was the best hotel during our whole trip in Peru. The rooms were very modern and spacious, with exceptional cleanliness. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff even offered to prepare breakfast boxes for our early tour departures, which were arranged accordingly.

If there is a safe in the room, it would be better. Someone can concern the noise from the street night. (It is not a big deal.)

It is very close to Armas plaza and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and clean.

The locks at the entrance took a while to get used to. It seems like it was a common feature with all the hotels that close to the square but there were times when there was no staff in the front house and you were left waiting for someone to unlock the door to let you in.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was very low key but the made to order omelet/scrambled eggs was a pleasant touch. They were very helpful with recommendations for food, activities and local remedies for altitude sickness. I absolutely loved the bathroom in my room (shower pressure and hot water is my thing🤣)

My room's window opened to the street, so I couldn't open the curtains. That made the room a bit dark. During the weekend, the neighbouring bars were a bit loud.

Modern, beautiful hotel, very close to the main square. The hotel team was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was okay, I liked the fried eggs. I can definitely recommend the hotel, good prize.

Edwin was super helpful and helped translate our wishes to our hired cab. He also helped us plan our day and gave great advice. The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located. And my husband said the shower was the best he'd ever had!

Not really a negative, but would have been nice if the staff spoke some English. It was quite hard at times to communicate with some of the staff and had to use Google translate to ask questions.
