It would be good to provide coffee & water 24X7 as tours in Cusco starts early morning like 4:00 AM and before so coffee option will give a good kick start.

During our first stay we were next to the breakfast area and it was quite loud from very early in the morning.

Very nice decoration and welcoming staff. We always had hot water during our stay and they provided us with a heater to keep the room warm. Excellent breakfast!

Poor to nonexistent wifi in the room. The worst wifi for the duration of our trip. We stayed in numerous hotels while in Peru. No heat source for the COLD nights.

The only thing we noticed is that no one took away the dirty mugs in the hallway by the tea station on the top floor for a day or so.

Edwin and the team were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean the showers hot, the beds comfy and the breakfast was great, so much choice and healthy options too. Kokoa was great value, we were really happy with our stay.

The breakfast was great and the dining area is adorable. The location is very quiet and the rooms are very clean. Although there is no heat, like many places in Cuzco, the bedding is very warm and so are the showers!

The location, whilst ideally situated near the main square, was very noisy - commonly we could hear music and people shouting down the street beyond 2am, so would recommend a set of earplugs!

Staff were exceptionally helpful - they really helped with booking taxis at ungodly hours to catch the train to Machu Picchu. The hotel itself is very clean and modern - rooms were excellent.

We left too early for the breakfast each morning, but the staff very kindly packed something for us to take with us at no extra charge. The rooms were very clean and the bedding is very warm. It is a short walk to the town centre, but very quiet at night. I would highly recommend the Kokoa Hotel!

The major complaint is the noise level. The first two nights we were located right next to the kitchen, which starts getting loud at like 5-6AM. The following night we were further from the kitchen but instead RIGHT on the road which all the local teenagers use for drinking and listening to music. Some way of soundproofing the rooms would go a long way!

This little hotel was a great find because it was a fantastic value. Very close to the Plaza and the restaurants and bars (maybe a little too close to the bars and nightlife). The rooms were comfortable (though small) and beds and showers exceeded expectations. Staff were also accommodating for our early check-in request. Price for value can not be beat.

The first room they put me in faced the street and with the traffic, honking, car alarms and people partying, that didn't work. The second floor room they moved me to was excellent.

Rooms facing street are subject to street noise, which I slept through but I can see how it would bother some people. Interior-facing rooms were completely quiet.

Can't think of anything -- the cleanliness, the breakfasts, the friendliness of the staff -- exceeded my expectations. The bars on the same street with noisy patrons are not the Kokoa's staff responsibility but if someone wants a quieter experience, they need to tell Edwin up front.

When I first checked in, the room they gave me faced the main street... and there was a lot of noise from people drinking at the bars nearby. I needed to sleep and that room didn't work. So, Edwin, the front desk person, switched me to a different room at no extra cost. That worked out perfectly! Edwin was helpful on other fronts as well, like booking us a taxi to take us to the airport for our return flight.

Great location from the main square. The staff were very resourceful and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was great every morning, with complimentary tea throughout the day. They even accommodated breakfast for our earlier days. Everyone was incredibly nice, the rooms were always kept clean. We had a great stay for our first time in cusco and would definitely come back!
