The doors were all squeaky (I’m just a light sleeper, I don’t think it would be a problem for most people.) There was hot water, it only lasted ~12 minutes, again not a big deal, plenty of time to get clean.

The room was very nice and very clean especially for the price. The coolers hot and cold water were much appreciated. The staff were very kind and reached out on WhatsApp before hand to know when I would arrive and the greeting me on arrival.

The doorbell could be quiter, I think it not only disturbs the guests but is too loud even for the personnel.

The location is nice, the apartment was clean, comfortable beds, and good wifi. The hotel has a well equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge) on the terrace where breakfast is served. This kitchen can also be used by the guests. This was a nice enhancement.

Good location. we arrived early on the morning and the manager Jesus gave us a room to temporarily refresh and rest until our room was ready! You don't normally get that in hotels these days! Also there was always hot water in the bathroom a regular problem in hotels in Peru. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The one breakfast we had felt very "budget". Our room overlooked the internal atrium. Unfortunately thre were 2 small yappy dogs that were allowed to sit at the top off the stairs and bark quite a lot. We also heard loud music from other peoples rooms at times - although it didn't bother us, it might bother others. The price quoted is for cash - 5% is added if you want to pay by credit card. Fair enough but none of the other porperties we stayed at via this webiste had a card surcharge. They were also very keen (pushy) that we pay early in our 6 night stay. Since I obliged this, and paid in cash I asked if they would consider a discount since we had a 3 day 2 night tour (to the Canyon) during our stay. Thus would not be taking breakfasts, using their power and water, or require room cleaning for 3 days. The answer was no. This made our experience feel very corporate and profit focussed. Again fair enough but was in contrast to the welcome and value we had experinced elsewhere in Peru.

Location was really good. 10 mins to historic centre but also shops and great restaurants etc within 5-10 mins walk. in a pedestranised road (watch out for motor bikes) so quite quiet in terms of traffic noise. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, hot shower. Hot water and tea bags avaialble in reception. Helpful communication on getting from bus station to their address by taxi.

Could have better soundproofing.

Very good location, easy to reach everything. The building was lovely decorated and it makes you feel really well in the common areas. Breakfast on the rooftop is a nice touch, as well.

The hotel was hard to find for the first time. We didn't realize that the taxi had to stop about 10m away from the hotel entrance.

After hiking the Inca Trail, this provided some well-needed rest. The room was beautiful and mordenly furnished. The staff were super kind to us, even keeping our luggage as we went went hiking the Colca Canyon. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment about that. But, there was water and tea available to all guests at the reception.

Hotel Casa de Irma is centrally located about 10 minutes to Plaza de Armas and about 5 minutes walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The hotel staff Viviana is very very kind and sweet. Breakfast is amazing freshly made to order every morning!

Missing window outside (window oriented into hall).

The staff was vey nice and helpful. We could check in already in the morning, which we appreciated a lot after night bus road. They also make our laundry in rapid time as we stay only for one night. The room was clean, new and nice.

I just had to point as a matter of fact, I felt on my arrival and evening, the street is so quiet that gives you the impression of anything could happen (even tho' really anything could happen anywhere in this world). There's no one on the corridors/street and honestly I quickly walked the path whenerver I go in and out. but nothing happened at all, again I am foreigner and I dont know the place, but at the end it was safe. it was just a first impression.

It was great, The staff was nice enough, even to return my coat I had forgotten in the hotel, also few days after I had some issues at the post office, and the agent refuse to give the me the package as I had no ID from Peru, and (God knows what was the problem of a foreigner receive a package, however it had to be with a Passport number pre registered on it, and no one knew, and the staff in Arequipa did not informed her, ) anyway, The lady I called on the hotel was nice enough to speak with them and sort out with Arequipa post office and I was able to retrieve my package in Lima's office.

We first got a room without a window getting fresh air (it faced into the common area). And the air was not good in there. We got to change rooms, but be aware that this exists here. There is windows above the door that gets light from the halls. So the room will not be dark. There was also a window in the bathroom that should be frosted, since it is possible to look straight in from the floor above. The blenders preparing the juices for breakfast is very noisy. The kitchen is open and it makes noice for 3-5 minutes for every glass that is made.

The Hotel is renovated some years ago, and have a very european style, where everything works as it should, and a very nice common area. The breakfast, and the terrace where it is served is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. And we got to leave our bags there when hiking in Colca Canyon The room was comfortably warm The shower had warm water and OK water pressure

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff who can do laundry. Really comfortable rooms and bathroom. It has everything you need and would recommend to others. Breakfast was basic (eggs, bread and juice) but fresh and fair for the price.
