Very Cute Property next to the main center and they serve breakfast. Even for your early morning tours they will pack breakfast for you. I loved my stay.

    I dont have negative thoughts

Iconic traditional Cusco style building, family business 21 rooms, excellent personal service, courtyard to relax, free herbal tea, very central to the main plaza, some street noise at weekends possible, a trade off for being so central. Attention to detail soap, shampoo, super clean, nice staff, specifically Jackie and my housekeeper guy. Room not much natural light but courtyard near full of light and most of the time in Cusco should be spent exploring!!

Great, good value hotel close to the main plaza but it is noisy at night.

Worth flagging that it is on a very noisy, party street and literally opposite a club so it does get noisy in the rooms at night and we weren’t even the room closest to the street. But AirPods in and we were fine!

Really lovely little hotel with a beautiful courtyard, and excellent service from the staff - helping us find the correct bus station (even phoning the bus company to double check), easy bag storage for Machu Picchu trek, early breakfasts. Location is also great for the main plaza, coffee shops and restaurants but this can also be a negative.

There is a bar across the street. It can get loud and it doesn't stop all night long. If you don't mind, white noise it should be fine. The hotel tries to mitigate the noise by the enclosed windows and balconies.

Staff and services are really good. The location is in the city centre.

Noise coming from the club next door at night.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. It’s my go to hotel while staying in Cusco. It’s at the center of town affordable and a very comfortable sty. Just make sure to ask for a room away from the entrance section since that area can get loud at night.

Our bedroom was in a mezanino. We didn’t know about it. To reach the bathroom we had to use the stair. It was a little bit uncomfortable although charming. And the room is a little bit noisy because of the street but for us was not so inconvenient.

It’s almost a Boutique Hotel, so cute, clean and cozy. The staff is receptive, helpful. The location next to the Plaza de armas and restaurants. Simply loved it.

This is a warm and friendly hotel, it's charming, clean and well run. It feels like a Peruvian villa. The breakfast is delicious. I felt like the staff were really considerate. I had some special needs travelling with my Senior father, and they really made the trip feel welcoming to us both. We loved drinking tea in the central area. We stayed in two rooms, two different stays: one was facing the street and I think many reviewers complain about the noise. It's not bad at all-- you can hear music but it's not loud, similar to when someone watches TV in a nearby room.

I couldn't hear the noise on the street because I had an inside room, but I could hear loud conversations if people talked in the inside courtyard.

Breakfast was good and they made eggs to order. The room and bathroom were a decent size. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The room I was in was toward the street with lots of nightlife - so it was quite loud during the whole night. They do have however earplugs at the reception and those helped me sleep, but I can imagine for a much more light sleeper this would not be the best.

Great great staff, really nice inner courtyard and room, and super central location. It was the perfect location for a short stay in Cusco, and the price for the quality is unbeatable. They offer a good breakfast too.

The location is both a blessing and a curse. The street just outside is loud all night long, and during my stay there was a police parade practicing in the square at five in the morning. So don’t expect to get any sleep without earplugs. The sound isolation is minimal.

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, very close to Plaza Mayor. Modern, big TV. Tasty breakfast.

    The best hotel in Cusco
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Triple Room
    • Stayed 3 nights

This is the best hotel in Cusco; the hotel is located in an old Spanish building from the 17th century, so by staying there, you are, in a way, experiencing the history of Cusco. Many rooms have exposed walls you can touch; in the courtyard, they offer tea, including coca and muna. The host was amiable and accommodating. The hotel is in the best possible location.

It is located in the street of pubs, so even though you cannot hear anything what is happening as the sound proof is very good, i would advise not to stay for a single girl

The breakfast are great, the internal garden too, looks like a very nice property We had a room with two floors, the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs
