Only thing that could be improved is perhaps replacing the pool tiles as they are discoloured (not dirty, just general wear over the years)

Everything! Gorgeous place that should be 5 stars not 4! Originally booked this for one night before heading to a 5 star hotel, but this was 2000x times better so after one night in the five star hotel we cancelled our reservation and came back to La Hacienda! Such a relaxing place with incredible customer service and impeccable food!

The was nothing missing, nothing annoying, no disappointments. Maybe that was the best part of our stay - more than any particular feature or characteristic on the plus side, it was that all expectations were met and we identified nothing on the minus side.

My wife and myself enjoyed the 2 night stay very much. The hotel convinced us in all aspects - attention, room, restaurant. - The attention of the employees was excellent - from the reception desk over the restaurant to the activities area at the beach. Spacious room with a nice view, large bed, large shower, laptop-size safe. Delicious - mostly Peruvian - choices in the restaurant. Nice swimming pool and WLAN without issues. We enjoyed the Katamaran tour in the bay and found the equipment for kayaking and stand-up paddling in good condition. - We may have benefitted from the fact that on the days of our stay there were apparently few other guests checked-in.

This is beautiful hotel. We had a sea view room with a big balcony with chairs and a lounger. The grounds are immaculate with huge pools (the small one heated in winter). The beach is not very nice. Grey sand and lots of seaweed, but too cold to swim when we were there (Sept) anyway. Best of all is the staff. Everyone smiled and very helpful with everything. Booking tours and taxis. My husband was sick and the receptionist got him tablets for his stomach. Thanks everyone!

That the beach coast is only clean on the side of the hotel, but the other sides from other properties is dirty. There should be a way that all hotels and private properties get together to maintain it better. However, the staff is always aware and keeping an eye to maintain the beach as possible. Is just a suggestion for a better support that should come from Municipality or private properties getting together which will make the destination better as it current is.

Everything was perfect. A familiar hotel, and the staff very welcoming. Everyone was very helpful since the reception to the restaurant. Therefore, the food is amazing!! Totally recommended!! Especially if you are celebrating an especial occasion or if you are looking for a pleasant and quite stay. Also, forgot to mention that you can do kayak, catamaran and paddle (included) and also biking which is lovely if you have some time. Finally, the sunset is calm and charm, and you can see some flamingos on the beach in the afternoon. Lovely for a smooth walk!! Thank you for everything. We will come back!

Cleanliness and maintenance of the shore at the front of hotel and beach surroundings. Hotel administration, site community together with local authorities should do little more to improve.

Room and bed very clean and confortable. Nice balcony Breakfast was good, just the necessary for all tastes and needs. Dishes at restaurant were so good We very much liked all facilities, courtesy and engagement of employees were great

Very nice staff. I did a major mistake on my booking, i booked a two single beds room but it was our honey moon and they found us a very nice room even if the hotel was almost full. The food is very nice. The pool is beautiful.
