We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Such an amazing place. There are more hotels around here, but the hospitality of Mr. Telesforo and Santiago has no comparison. They are lovely and always worried about us. The rooms are really nice, clean and have all the facilities needed. Totally recommended!! The view is incredible, you can watch the waterfall from your window and enjoy the rest of the view from there.

The view to the Gocta waterfall was amazing! And all the nature near by the hotel. It was possible to check in early in the morning and to wash our clothes there. The hosts was really kind to us!

NetherlandsYou hear all the sounds and noises from the other rooms, since the space above the doors are open. Also there is no common area to sit, so when we stayed here other travelers had a small party in the hallway, which is right next to everybody’s room. So noisy we couldn’t sleep and had to ask them to be quiet. That was the only negative, since the place is in the middle of nature and so beautiful you just want it to be quiet.
The location is beautiful and still close to all the restaurants. The room / bed is luxurious and the view amazing! The bathroom is big and the shower was amazing and hot. The sliding doors to the balcony are also great to have even better view from the room.

GermanyThe only flaw (if there even was one) was that the walls are a little bit thin. But that’s the case a lot of times in Peru.
The view was breathtaking and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The host was more than perfect. We arrived in Pedro Ruiz by bus late at night and he organized the pickup. But because the bus was running late he even accompanied the driver and they were both waiting for us.

The room was clean, good size and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had a great view of Gocta waterfall from our room and of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The hotel is real close to the start of the hike to the waterfall, and a short walk to the center of town. Breakfast is at a local restaurant and he'll take you in his mototaxi if you want. And has hot water for the shower.

NetherlandsPrice-quality ratio is unbeaten. Probably the best location in Cocachimba, with a views right over the mountains and the Gocta waterfalls. Clean room, good bed, hot water. Santiago was a real gem, helping us with all we needed and he took us everywhere we wanted to go in his mototaxi. Breakfast was served elsewhere, because the breakfast lady was on holidays. Really wanted to stay longer!

CanadaPaper thin walls, no patio or balcony as advertised, (There is a narrow balcony that all the rooms have access to.) Terrible wifi, not a great bed Breakfast included meant being driven down the road toa restaurant where the accommodation paid for breakfast.
Location to hike the falls. Host tries very hard to please, great intentions, trying very hard.
