WLAN was not so good at some time.

We arrived early Morning in Ica and the Hotel, although checkin was later we were able get our room earlier. The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. In General the Hotel is in a very good shape (clean Pool, roof terrace, Restaurant,…). The Price was also unbeatable.

I can not think of one thing I did not like… I especially liked Jenny and Domenico and their professionalism!!

From the moment we entered the property, which is located in a very quiet neighborhood, we were greeted enthusiastically by Domenico and Jenny at the front desk. This hotel has to be, in all my years of travel, one of the best maintained, imaginative and immaculate properties. The owner has treated it as if it were her baby. All glass windows wiped clean, plants galore sitting on window sills, hanging from ceiling and in large pots around the pool. It feels like a private oasis. Rooms are well appointed, beds are comfy, extra blankets in drawers, not a smudge on our rooms walls, tile floors throughout the room and onto the outside hallways and lobby are so clean they sparkle. Did not want to leave so we dined at a table next to the pool, and service and ambiance was exceptional. Breakfast is included, and served to you either by pool or in lobby dining room.If you want to pamper yourself and relax and escape,…..this is the place!

Pool was cold, would have been better if it had been lukewarm or warmer. and rooftop was closed at 9pm so there wasnt a propler place to gather around at night

Room was clean and decent! cute rooftop and pool area is nice. beyond expectation considering the price. price-quality is great overall! and small breakfast was even included! its a great hotel compared to other hotels in Ica.

We just missed a trash bin in the room since we had to go to the restroom every time we needed to throw something but it was just a minimal thing. If you stay on the first floor it might get a little noisy if someone is using the pool or just speaking very loud at the restaurant.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant service was incredible and the food as well! Parking was excellent as well! we felt safe throughout our stay.

The hot water. Hot water is an issue in Perú and they did have hot water in one of our rooms but on the other it took about 10 minutes to get a little warm. Other than that great hotel.

No air con in the room but there is a fan.

The property is located in Ica and away from the busy part of Huacachina and the Centre town of Ica, we like it that it’s quite. Taxi will costs you between 8 Sole to 12 Sole from Huacachina, just ask the staff to book you a taxi. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. We ask for our breakfast earlier than 7:00am because we needed to go early and breakfast was serve at 6:00am the next day, you must try their Peruvian black coffee. Internet was good, property is super clean, they take pride of it and tables have fresh flowers. They have a small shop for basic staff.

I think the size of the swimming pool is too small, maybe they can expand the hotel outside (there are plenty of space).

I like the breakfast with fresh fruits, warm bred. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is superB.

I truly enjoyed the hotel and loved the staff! On my last night, we needed dinner and the restaurants around were closed for the day. We talked to the receptionist and she made us some sandwiches to help us out. We truly appreciated the gesture!

Rooms didn't have air conditioning and it got very hot humid and stuffy inside at night. Guests and workers made a lot of noise early in the morning which was disruptive to sleep. We wanted more of a party vibe like in Huacachina.

Area was nice for families but very quiet. Breakfast was basic but good. Friendly staff and safe area.
