The rooms are very basic, however they are very clean. The courtyard was pretty and the view was beautiful.

Lovely garden with flowers and hummingbirds, good location just outside town centre, good breakfast well served, packed lunch on day of our early start to Machu Picchu.

The ceiling was very ruined with humidity spots. Bed was comfy on my side of the bed, but bunny and irregular on my partern’s side. Staff was a bit cold and not super helpful when asked some info. Overall, I recommended it!

The garden is absolutely a gem and the room was extremely clean. Great value for money.

The people who worked there were super nice-they were helpful with my questions and stored my bags for me when I went to Machu Picchu. The bed was sooo comfortable, which I was pleasantly surprised about because many of the beds I have slept on are too hard. I loved my room tucked in the corner, waking up to birdsong. Close to the main plaza but far enough to be quieter.

Very pretty budget-friendly hotel with beautiful garden in convenient location. Lovely thick blankets on the beds for colder nights. Helpful staff sold us bottled water and advised where to catch local "collectivos" for day trips. Good value breakfast available including tea/coffee, fruit, eggs, bread, jam (but has to be ordered the evening before). Facilities were modest but absolutely fine, especially given the very reasonable price of accommodation, and we were entirely happy with our stay :)

Nice, authentic place with a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi. The hot water is limited to certain hours, but when it's hot, it's hot and with good water pressure. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Good option for a night or two in Ollantaytambo.

Breakfast the normal with scrambled eggs, coffee/tea, bred, butter, marmalade and fruit. The bread was not quite fresh, though. The rooms and furniture are very old and you kind of hope there are not too many things in the mattress… Staff somewhat harsh, but too severe.

Good location but then again, Ollantaytambo isn‘t very big so almost anywhere is a good location. Laundry service for S. 6/kg worked splendid.

There should be a thermos of hot water for tea all day.

The location was excellent, near the central square. The garden is very nice with flowers that smell very sweet. Breakfast was ok with eggs, fruit, cereals, milk, bread and jam. The ladies were kind.

There was not hot water although the staff told us that we should have waited longer.

The location was ok, just some minutes away from the center. It was ok the value for money.

The location is great, near the main plaza. The atmosphere with a little garden with tables and chairs. Laundry service. To be able to walk to the fabulous Inca ruïnes and through the cobble stone streets is special.

The power outlets worked but were hanging by a thread which made them difficult to use. The room was really cold

The hotel is well located, a two-minute walk from the main square. Shower is hot, wifi is functional. They kept our luggage all day after we returned our keys

Unfortunately it was not possible to boil water and make coffee. I was told to go to the market to buy hot water. The next day I was able to buy a coffee cup in the kitchen for 2 soles.

The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well which is not always the case elsewhere.
