Everything is extremely acceptioal. The staff are incredible and so friendly..The hotel is sound proofed and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. I would not stay anywhere else next time..

The rooms that face the street let in some light. But I fixed that using my sleeping eye mask. The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste. I got around that problem by asking for an extra blanket, which I turned into a pillow. But I would suggest getting some softer pillows!

I have stayed here multiple times for work trips. The internet is very good, I had no problems doing zoom calls or sending videos over the internet. The rooms come with good desks and aircon works fine. The hotel is on a quiet street, not a main avenue, and I love the location near a park that faces the sea, where you can go jogging and also near restaurants in Miraflores. Breakfast here is pretty good as well. It's been about $50 a night whenever I stayed, I thought it was a good deal for this location.

I didn't like having to be buzzed into the building every time by staff - guest key cards should open the gate. I didn't like having to specially ask for silverware every time I ate at the buffet - silverware should just be out with the other dishes at the buffet.

It was a nice stay. Close to the malecon, great spots to walk to. Maybe a swimming pool or turco. :)

Everything was excellent

This is a very nice small size hotel, convenient to the whole MicaFlores area. Good restaurants close by. Walks along the top looking down to the beaches. Recommend this hotel great stay

From check-in to check-out, the staff was the most professional, courteous, and considerate that I have ever experienced, and as a frequent traveler for work, I have been in some very reputable hotels. In particular, I am unable to see, and the staff "bent over backwards" to accommodate me but also respected my independence. The location could not be better, mere steps away from eateries, parks, and the beach. The complementary breakfast is quite wonderful, and though the hotel is ideally located, it is remarkably quiet. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the experience I had!

We reserved a Standard Room showing one queen bed and when we arrived were given a room with two smaller beds. It was our honeymoon and a bit disappointing as they said the app had it translated wrong and a lot of people misunderstand it however it wad totally on there end as booking said one bed with a description and photo. They said there availability had us in the room we were in. I didn't even care to argue or move rooms so we stayed where we were yet I think they should either make sure booking.com is correct or compensate in someway. We also left early before breakfast and said we wouldn't be getting breakfast and they offered us a breakfast to go however the information wasn't pasted along so we didn't get a breakfast to go after being told we would get one.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Our room was large and the bathroom really nice. The bed was.very comfortable. The staff helped with recommendations of restaurants everything we inquired about where to go in the area for our meals.

The room was a bit cold but they solved our problem with a heater. You can ask for it at the reception.

The room and the bathroom were very big and clean. Open buffet breakfast had many options. The staff was very helpful, they answered all questions we had about the places that we wanted to see

No blackout curtains, they would let quite a bit of light in.

Exceptional rooms centrally located yet in a quiet area so one can sleep without fearing noise. Big rooms with fridge and microwave. Great staff. Excellent breakfast.
