Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI wasn’t previously made aware that there is an extra 10% service charge applied on top of the price quoted, but the service was great so I don’t mind just to make people aware.
Lovely, modern hotel in a great location, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, all staff were amazing particularly in the breakfast room, thank you for giving me almond milk as I’m vegan and was happy I didn’t have to miss out on having oats and cereals.

What a lovely hotel, decorated very tastefully and cheery with very spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of fresh fruit, cheeses and meats, as well as the usual fare as well. The roof top terrace was great for an evening relaxing drink.

The location is perfect for walking through Miraflores and also to visit the Barrancos and San Isidro neighborhoods. Breakfast is honest, the staff was friendly. The best part of this hotel room was the bathroom, which was spacious and very clean.

The hotel is really good, well located and properly maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood a lot, lots of options for food and drinks and central to most touristic attractions. Hotel staff was helpful when needed (which was not a lot) and we didn't have any issues. Breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of variety and options. Breakfast times were also pretty convenient and not restrictive.

The stuff is unbelievable. They tried to accommodate us the best they could. Room and facilities were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We did not expect to have coffee maker, tea, hair dryer and money box to safe our money and documents. The breakfasts were very good with variety of options. We did not expect to be so comfortable for the money we pay. And another aspect is the LOCATION. We were so close to everything: good places to eat, walking distance to buy souvenirs, and super close to sea with unbelievable parks and places to walk. Highly recommended place.
