Clean, comfortable, modern rooms! The staff is amazing- helpful with everything. There breakfast is out of this world. Mine was included and I got to choose from a menu- options from eggs to pancakes to yogurt. And it was as so delicious and professional - it felt like the beer brunch spot!

Such friendly and helpful staff - we felt really welcomed to Peru and Lima. Great location in Miraflores with everything in walking distance. Enjoyed breakfasts in the peaceful garden and appreciated the water and hot drinks that were always available. They organised our airport transfers which were very smooth.

This was our 3rd stay at Lima 18 Boutique simply because it's our favorite Miraflores hotel. The staff is super nice, the rooms are spacious with huge and very comfy bed, modern and well equipped. The breakfast is so so delicious. Not to mention the patio with beautiful plants and stylish deco. Everything is about confort and class. Tottus supermarket is just around the corner, Kennedy park about 10 min walking distance. We will be back again and again.

We loved our stay at Lima Boutique 18. It was a small, quiet boutique hotel, with personalized service. Communication with front desk staff was always quick, even before arrival. The hotel organized airport transfers, and reservations at local restaurants. We dealt just it with Natalia, who was amazing, but all 4 reception staff were lovely. The hotel is on a quiet street, within walking distance to many great restaurants and sites. Natalia provided city maps and great recommendations for walking routes, restaurants, museums and sites. Breakfast was plentiful, with an abundant of sweet and savoury and healthy choices including fruit, eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, avocado toast, and more. Breakfast is made to order. Fresh fruit is available all day, as well as snacks abs water to purchase. We had a superior king room. There was lots of space, a very comfortable bed, and windows overlooking the courtyard where breakfast was served. The room has a lot of outlets, as well as USB ports fir charging electronics. Air conditioning was great. We would highly reconnect Lima Boutique 18.

Rooms get warm and humid very quickly so the AC is almost always needed.

I asked for support to surprise my mom with a birthday gift and the staff was very helpful in organising it and making my parents feel very welcome. Located in a nice and secure neighbourhood with comfortable and pretty rooms. Great if you prefer a family atmosphere instead of being one in a thousand guests.

The best part about my stay was the helpful staff, especially Sally. I had some issues with the air conditioner, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable.

This is just one of the most charming boutique hotels you could stay at. The front desk (Natalia) went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Even before the stay, they were in touch to have everything ready for us. We were celebrating our honeymoon and needed an early check-in, Natalia sorted it all out. Our room was large, airy and just very charming. Overall decor is quite modern and trendy. I really liked the small touches too, for instance the side table lamps turn on and off with just a tap. The bed also was very comfortable. There is also a central patio, where breakfast is served. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. Super fresh fruit, tasty warm food, very good coffee. Location-wise, couldn't be better! We were in Lima specifically for the foodie culture, so staying in a great location was key...the best restaurants of Lima are (in some cases) just around the corner or no more than a short walk or drive away. I will certainly return.
