The bathrooms could be cleanier! The hostel is in a slope, and sometimes it could be difficult reach... the altittude feelt like it is an cardio exercise, but you get used to it :)

Located on a big hill, leaving is fine, getting there is a bit of a hassle each day.

The building is really great and the rooms are comfortable. the location is up in the hill so the view is amazing but a little tiring to get up there. the staff were really amazing.

The bedrooms aren't that clean

Love the chillvibe of the hostel. Nice place to meet people and the staff was also very social. Had also a lot of fun with the activities that the hostel provide at the evening

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They are great fun and really get everyone involved and taking part. Even though it was quiet was still good fun. Beds are comfy enough too and beer is cheap.

I liked the 6-bed dorm the most so far (been travelling for three weeks and in about 6 other hostels). Also, I found the hostel to be very social, with a vibrant bar and common areas in which I got to meet several other travellers. If you're looking to find more friends and mingle, that's the place for you.

You can find a huge variety of alcohol in the hostel’s bar but(!) unfortunately no coca leaves or muña tea that is essential for the Cusco’s high altitudes. Also no oxygen ballon. The stuff was not that helpful while I was struggling with an altitude sickness. After my request of coca leaves in the bar on my first day of stay - I was recommended to go sleep to my room but that was a big struggle to find my room as the territory of the hostel is quite big and confusing. The doors to the room are not locked good. I had an incident with the random drunk body in my room in the middle of the night (the guy couldn’t stand on his own feet and was leaning on the door of my room that has caused the door opening. Everything is pretty old. And the room is cold as well. Also you’d better count the bill in the end cause you can be scammed by couple hundreds of soles.

I had a nice room with a stunning view over the Cusco city. It’s always parties there so quite fun. Location is nice. 10-12min walk down to the main square.

My experience in Loki was great! The room was big and comfortable, but the best was the team of the hostel, which made my experience so amazing. I want to thank personally to Joel, Paola, Nito, Alejandra and Kelly that been so kind and helpful during my visit to anything that I was needed.

Security neglected to manage noise appropriately. Although we had a room in the courtyard, distanced from the bar area, our last night was disrupted by a large group outside our door—smoking, drinking, and creating a disturbance from 12:30 to 3 am. We left at 3am for a hike and only then did security take action, when we complained. During check-out, we raised the issue with another staff member who initially denied any party but when we told her we have picture evidence, she responded with a dismissive "oh well, sorry." This lack of professionalism was disappointing.

No towels and in booking showed that there were towels. No toilet paper in a common bathroom shared between more than 20 guests. My friend got stolen during a party, a guy robbed her two rings value in $250. She requested the assistance of supervisor and surveillance but there was a lack of assistance from the side of the staff. They assisted more the England guy than my peruvian friend, so I can say this was a discrimitating case. My friend was drunk, inevitable right but they never showed sympathy with her. Despite she wrote in the claim book, they just ignore her. This is not my first time in Loki and I had wonderful memories in the past, that's why I recommended to my friend and I felt so disappointment that they went through that discriminating experience. I'm sorry but Loki Loki Loki, No more! :(

Got a private room. The room was small, bed was not comfortable, and bathroom was not clean (there were used condoms in the garbage). It was also super super cold (normal for Cusco, but it was colder in our room than it was outside). It was also super loud, which I feel bad complaining about because it is a party hostel — but it could’ve been laid out better, all the rooms face the courtyard and there was a speaker right outside our door. I’ve slept well at other party hostels like Wild Rover. With all of this we ended up leaving after one night.

Bar was nice, and staff were fun and personable.
