Other guests can get noisy slamming doors and loud talk in the hallways. It's not the hotel's fault though.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming, all facilities were cleaned frequently and our room was spacey and bright. The breakfast was simple and delicious with a fresh egg and juicy melon, tasty jams and typical bread. Community areas were cozy and had enough space for many, indoors and outdoors. Great WiFi too!

No wheelchair access, 30 stairs to get in. It didn’t bother me but I believe it’s an important information.

Perfect location, very clean and confortable. I highly recommend staying here. It is next to the plaza central, in front of a must-visit museum and walking distance to all the main attractions.

Huge double room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, lots of communal space, use of fridge and kitchen, tea and coffee available all day, fresh cooked eggs for breakfast and if you have early start you can just help yourself to toast, quick and reasonably priced laundry service, excellent location.

The hotel was nice and very close to the Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was simple but good (fresh fruits and fruit juice and eggs). We were allowed to store our luggage for the time of our overnight tour to Colca Canyon

Bear in mind this is a hostel, they have private rooms with private bathrooms but it is still a backpacker's hostel. Nothing wrong with it though. Expect a basic breakfast and really small shower towels.

The hotel has big social areas including couches, tables, and lots of extra shared bathrooms and showers. It was really big and welcoming to also meet people in case that's your thing. Breakfast was simple but good enough since it is included in the price, they have bag storage in case your room isn't ready, and they sell water and other stuff you may need. Also, a huge plus you can pay with a credit card and not get charged extra, good conversion rate. Price/quality relationship is excellent and the location also is unbeatable since you are next to the main plaza.

Restored my faith in hostels! Everywhere was perfectly clean, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Rooms all had space for backpacks and large lockers. I booked a 6-bed dorm but there were only 3 of us... The whole hostel felt quiet when I was there - it's perfect if you don't like the forced socialising of some hostels. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. It's just off the main square and Arequipa is so walkable. Would return and recommend!

Amazing base to explore Arequipa from as it is situated right off the main square. The staff are amazing, rooms spacious, beds comfy, plenty of showers/ toilets and it's so clean. Great breakfast and kitchen too. They kindly let me check in early straight off the night bus and offer a next day laundry service. Definitely recommend.

One of the best hostals we have stayed in, in months. Strongly recommend. Gave us basic breakfast at 2.30am when we left at 3am for hike. Breakfast during ordinary hours was fantastic. Hot drinks available all day, including free coca tea to help with altitude. Hot water showers with good pressure! Large rooms and loads of communal spaces, with lots of work spaces. Great internet.

Can't fault it. Everyone was lovely

The location could not have been better, not quite on the Plaza but in line of sight of it. The communal areas (both smoking and non smoking were airy and spacious, so as a smoker I didn't have to worry about disturbing those who don't. Dorm rooms often pack as many beds and bodies into the available space, plenty of room in the dorm for gear to unpack and personal space. Two words. Airy, Spacious.

Room was small with very basic furnitures. Non sounds proof. One of us lost a phone due to a stranger followed us into the hostel. The front desk thought he was one in our group. It’s not a faulty of the hostel but just be careful when you getting in the hostel.

great hostel! a bit pricier than hostels around AQP, but the facilities, common areas (with desks and lots of couches), location and the breakfast make the extra dollars worth it. as a breakfast person, i was v happy with the fruit and freshly made juices, yogurt and eggs made to order. also amazing terrace on the third floor where you can see the volcanoes and snow peaks, as well as the cathedral towers.

The breakfast was generally good but lacked a bit of variety. For example some cereal would have been nice.
