The room was noisy throughout the night, because it locates on the Main Street.

The American breakfast was good. The staffs were very friendly Ruth greeted us at the train station and walked us to the hotel, she went extra miles to assist us to purchase bus tickets. Thank you Ruth

No power outlet Smoke from.outside came into my bathroom/room. There was an uncovered glass window and I could see construction workers outside who may be able to see inside my room. I didn't notice them looking but it was uncomfortable. Wifi was not really working but I did expect that it wouldn't.

Room was too cold even though is was not so cold outside. There was no insulation at all (thin glass and big gaps between the windows) and we could hear street noise very clearly from outside at least from the room next to the street (2nd floor). Breakfast was basic and they did not serve milk automatically with coffee (got milk after we requested).

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and hot shower water all the time. They let us stay in the room for an extra hour after check out which was very appreciated.

This hotel worked out great for us for the night before our Machu Picchu visit. We liked that it was a bit up the hill from the train station in a much quieter part of town. The pickup from the train station worked well and the person was very friendly and helpful. The staff was kind enough to serve our breakfast a bit early so we could be one of the first in line for the early bus to MP. This probably wasn't actually necessary since the busses in the morning are so frequent. Minimarket across the street sells water, beer, snacks, etc., which was convenient. Really glad we chose this hotel!

Rooms are very basic, many of them have windows to corridor so in fact you have no window. There was no place to put anything in our room, no chair, no table, no even a hook to hang jacket or towel. It was very uncomfortable.

There was hot shower and the room was clean. The breakfast was simple but enough. Location was ok, in the middle of the village. The girls in reception was very helpfull.

Arrived there very tired after me and my friend finished Salkantray independently and slept in tents for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and explained us how entering Machu Picchu works and how to catch a drive home

An excellent hotel, located quite high, but to buses on Machu Pichcu goes 5 minutes. Rooms clean, hot water, maybe the only small drawback is a fairly tight bathroom, but for us it was not the slightest problem. The lady at the reception helpful and nice. After check-out, you can use the shower. I definitely recommend
