this hotel in 7 min walk from Plaza de Armaz and there is so quite . so good after pretty loud center.. room are clean, breakfast are amazing and super super nice facilities.

The hotel is not good in responding to messages via booking. We couldn't call them and they wouldn't respond to messages, which made the communication prior to our stay a bit tricky. The hotel is only 10min walk from the centre of Cusco. However the street is very dark at night and people need to be cautious when returning to the hotel late at night

Everything was great. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It always had warm water. They provided shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer. The personnel were very helpful. Whatever we asked them for we had it. They also stored our baggage for 4 days for free

I loved how safe and welcomed I felt as soon as I entered to the hotel. It felt like a beautiful boutique hotel with Peruvian tradition and culture all over the place.

If I had to complain it would be the location however the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the main square so it was not a huge problem for me.

Beautiful and clean hotel just outside of the Cisco historical centre. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms quiet and clean. The bathrooms too were exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast was very good too

Laundry service at $4 per kilo is very expensive, double the price of next door. I would suggest to offer it at a reasonable price, or not at all.

Came back here a second time because we loved it so much. Friendly staff that let us check in earlier and check out later, great breakfast and comfy rooms that are cleaned daily if you like so.

Most of the hotels of Cusco have an option of a box breakfast for the tourists which wake up early for the tours (most of the tours start before 5 am such as Laguna Humantay, Mountain of Collors), however the hotel didn’t offer me such possibility of a breakfast box or an early breakfast. In addition, the hotel is a little far from downtown in particular if you are going in the Winter and need to walk 1 quilometer until downtown.

The facilities are good and everything was clean. The staff kept my luggages during the day until I came back from my last tour.

The rooms were a bit noisy in the morning, especially on first floor, as sound carried from breakfast area.

Not really a lot not to like.

The hotel is situated in a quieter street a 5 minute walk from the main square. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful although not all spoke English. Breakfast was extensive and fulfilling and the room was spacious with a nice bed and great shower.

Beautiful boutique Hotel. My room had a small balcony & it was very spacious. The bed so comfy, and they have a heating system in room. Breakfast was buffet style and it was great!

Disappointed with standard of room for the price we paid. Hot water didn’t work sufficiently and breakfast was very limited choice. Bathroom in need of repairs and room in need of an update in paint and furniture.

We felt ripped off because the hotel surprised us with an absurd exchange rate from USD to PEN. The staff informed us that this was policy of the hotel and we understood it wasn’t their doing, but it was basically a scam to inform us of this only during checkout. Not only that, but they also told us they couldn’t charge the amount in USD so it HAD to be in PEN. Therefore, they gave us no option but to accept this absurd exchange rate. To be perfectly honest, it was not a lot of money but what really did it for us was feeling they were purposefully deceitful and take advantage of this to get some extra income but what they’re really doing is making sure people stay away.

Location was convenient. Close enough to the center to walk but far enough to stay away from the noise. The staff was very helpful and even helped plus out with some issues we had. Breakfast was just ok but it did the job.
