Our children really like to work out and the exercise facilities were a bit lacking for their tastes. Additionally the hotel is located on the corner of two busy streets so there was some traffic noise at night although it did not bother our sons.

FANTASTIC service with an incredible breakfast and very clean facilities. Juancarlos, Bryan Manchego, and Brian were especially welcoming and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The events like breakfast and tea time were very fun and well done.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

We stayed in a spacious junior suite. This is our 3rd time staying at Hotel Melia. The staff have always been attentive. It is a short walk to the mall.

The only negatives were not having access to the in-suite refrigerator because it's a mini bar and you have to get access from hotel staff and also not having a personal microwave. The bed was hard, rock solid and we had to ask for an extra pad to be able to sleep during our stay. The pad only helped so much. Also the floor was covered in some sort of Beach plastic mat that I'm pretty sure is very hard to clean.

Staff was amazing, very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and very up-kept.

At check in, the clerk mistakenly charged my credit card a deposit of $25,000, rather than ¥25,000, which caused the system to decline my card. It took me some time to sort this out. In compensation, the hotel sent some tasty chocolates to my room.

The property was really clean and welcoming. Everyone was willing to help both in english and spanish. Karla was very helpful with everything we asked for, and even helped us learn new spanish words. Thank you to Karla!

I do with the Wifi can be of higher speed. also I am not sure why the hotel lock the fridge mini bar and you have to request them to unlock it to enjoy the mini bar / the fridge.

came for the second time and the experience has been further enhanced. reception - Grover, Susan, Karla and the concierge all did a great job making me feel that coming back to this hotel 6 months later is like home-coming. comfy beds, really had a great relax. and they improved what I mentioned in last review - a handle in the shower area to prevent from falling. amazing terrace on the 5F to chill out. restaurant was amazing with the Tacu Tacu with fish and seafood. nice breakfast options with both criolle and continental selection. nearby Salaverry Real Plaza Mall you can get great meal options and shopping experience.

The tv was not smart

Food excellent fish soup and pepito sandwich are sure tasty and healthy portions too. The massage was excellent at the spa on 9th floor. Small pool nice towels. Susan at front desk was very pleasant at check in and Karla was great at checkout. Bellman was so helpful with luggage. The chicken Caesar sandwich was a winner. Nice walking trail across the street although the gym has everything too. I love room service in the wee hours and this place delivers!

I bought the breakfast—far better than you can get in the United States. US citizens should be outraged at the crap American hotels serve as food. I used the sauna two times, which is rare in a hotel.

The swimming pool was cold and for the standing and price of this hotel, could be good to warm it
