I slept a bit later after my trip to Machu Picchu and had breakfast after 9 am by which time omlet and sausages were cold. But the rest was fine.

Excellent location, just a 6 min walk to the main square with lots of restaurants and money exchange points. The room was great, made in a traditional style with a cute little wooden balcony overlooking the street. Had everything I needed, very clean, very comfortable bed. I had a good sleep on both nights and the best hot shower during my entire trip! Staff were very helpful and friendly. They speak English and gave me lots of tips and advice. I had an issue with a bus company I booked my travel to Ollantaytambo with and they helped me to sort it out.

Wonderful breakfast of fresh fruits, granola, yogurt, local bread, preserves and made to order eggs in lovely setting! Great location to explore Cusco, surrounding shops, markets and places to eat. Kind staff who are very accommodating to travelers who hike along the Inca Trail, as they have storage available for luggage and breakfast was provided 'to go' for early departures. WiFi connection was perfect!

Love the feel of Cusco inside the hotel. The room is a little smaller but good enough for 2 people. Nice view from the breakfast lounge on the 4th floor.

It was a little noisy at times due to building work which was happening across the road (not the hotel’s fault)

The room heater was not very strong. Not talking about the water heater that was working very well. Hot water was available at all times.

The room was very confortable and perfectly clean . The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and tasty. Wifi was working very well. I highly recommend.

The only drawback is that the larger vans cannot access this hotel. We were required to walk a very short distance through a lovely alley way to reach the hotel.

This is a fine 3 star hotel. The location is close to the city center and walkable. There are many restaurants nearby and the staff was helpful in suggesting locations and arranging tours. We booked 3 rooms and it was as expected. The complimentary breakfast was complete and tasty. The staff had a pre-dawn breakfast box ready for us to take away on the day we visited Machu Pichu.

We arrived late off a plane and they answered the door at 9-10pm. They’re definitely 24 hours which is awesome! Had bookings for attractions at really early hours of the morning, 3-5am. They packed breakfast snack packs for us every morning, even though breakfast wasn’t running until later in the morning. They went above and beyond with their services!

The staff at Hotel & Mirador Los Apus were all great! They all made sure my mom and I were comfortable, happy and well fed at breakfast. The location was very close to the center of Cusco. The hotel and the room itself was very beautiful and maintained an asthetic of historic Cusco. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my family and friends!

The location is excellent. A lot of good places around to eat like Jacks Cafe. The breakfast is included and Francisco makes an excellent job at it. Antonio and Rocio make an awesome job at welcoming you and making you feel right at home. They were always taling care of us and giving us tips for everything about our stay.

Everything was amazing

The staff was incredibly kind. We had several days in which we had to wake up early to go on hikes and since we were missing breakfast time they prepared box lunches so we could take on the way :) On the last day of our stay our flight was leaving late in the afternoon so they let us have a late check out and use the room for the rest of the day so we could rest before our journey!
