All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The owner Oscar made us feel very welcome! There is hot water, great views and really comfortable beds!

Oscar the owner is super friendly and accommodating. He arranged a great Colca Canyon tour for me and stored my bag for no charge while I was there, and let me stay at the hostel to charge my devices and rest while waiting for my bus after checking out. I really liked the terrace for sitting and resting. The rooms were bigger than other hostels I've stayed in, very clean and tidy and the beds are also bigger than other hostel single beds. Good sized lockers as well in the rooms. Good free breakfast too - eggs, bread, jam, tea, juice. Thanks!

I guess this doesn't happen with all rooms, but ours had a window facing the street and it was noisy (cars, horns, etc), but nothing than some ear plugs can't fix.

It well located and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good enough. We arrived earlier and were able to get a room (early check in may have a fee). The terrace view was good, too.

Wifi was a bit spotty at times. Once you figure out the strongest networks for the different areas of the hostel, it's all good. The showers weren't great. In order to have a hot shower, the pressure needed to be very low, and if someone was using one of the other showers it would barely be lukewarm.

This is a great family-run hostel. The owners are really good people. They let me leave my bag there while I was at the Colca Canyon (free of charge), as well as allowing me to stay there all day after check-out while I waited for my night bus. The kitchen and fridge were also available for use. The bed was comfy and there were big lockers in the room. The location is 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas, which has a supermarket, as well as nearby coffee shops, street food etc. The bathrooms were also very clean and frequently restocked with toilet paper etc. I highly recommend this place.

There’s no inside common area so it can be cold occasionally when sitting outside at night.

Originally stayed two nights before heading off to hike the Colca Canyon. Came back and ended up staying 10 more nights for various reasons (avoiding travel during Easter week, recovering from minor injuries). Nice family run place. Central location. Very spacious room, comfortable beds, lockers. Owners are kind and always cleaning. Good breakfast.

Thank you for the stay, it was amazing. The personal was very helpful, because i could let my lugage at the reception when i did the two days trek in Colca. Then I Booked another night in the 224 street and the night receptionist was very patient and helpfull to me for waiting my bus early in the morning. I recommand a lot !

The shower facilities are not great. Water pressure is not great and barely any hot water..wifi also very poor.

Nice staff member allowed early check I after a night bus and gave us good assistance in booking the colca canyon tour. When we left for the tour we stored our bags and could use the shower before our next night bus. Hostel is really close to the plaza de armas.

There is a night bar right next to the hostel, which plays rather loud music until late night.

Nice family run place. Location few streets from plaza de Armas to the right and cheap local places to the left. Big supermarket 5mins away and where the bus drops you from the terminal (yellow bus) and the bus back to terminal is the street to the left. They will book on tours if you want them to and cheap laundry at 6S

There wasn't a good spot to brush teeth and get ready. there are showers (just a small cubicle with solely a shower) and cubics with toilets with a very small sink. Didn't feel comfortable and hygienic to brush my teeth in the toilet cubicles so used the sink for the laundry on the opposite. Which was in the open air (at least not in a smelly small toilet).

Comfortable bunk beds and nice terrace for breakfast. Near the city centre, convenient location. Had a great time in Arequipa.
