Nice hotel, with good value for your money. The location is perfect, since it is not even 10 minutes to the old city centre. Beds are really big, which is an exception in Peru. Breakfast is not special, but for this price it is fine. Staff is really nice and helped us out with different issues and provided us with much information about things to do in Cusco.

All rooms have windows to the courtyard only which has a roof, so fresh air is only indirect. It was still ok for us but wanted to mention it for others.

Super friendly staff. He helped us with everything we needed. Rooms are nice, showers are hot and breakfast is good. 5 min into the center and quiet for sleeping.

We had to switch room because the previous guest did not turn in the key to the room door. The remotes in the new room were missing but the staff brought them to me. The front door and signage was confusing and locked. Had to wait outside until someone came to the door. We could have used a couple of extra towels and bath mat. Also a small nightstand with table lamp would have been nice.

It was very clean. The bathroom was large. The breakfast was simple but nice. The coca tea was nice to have available. The beds were comfortable. The young lady and gentleman were very friendly and helpful. Netflix was good. It was in a quieter part of town. Nice restaurants nearby. Vikingo! recommend!

On our last night we paid for our stay as we were leaving at 4am the next day for our trekking tour. The staff member undercharged us without us knowing, so we went to bed as we were up early the next day (which he knew). While sleeping, he knocked on our door several times over a 30 minute period. We didn't answer as we were sleeping.. the next morning at 4am he was at reception again and asked us to pay extra as he charged us wrongly. He should have done this anyway instead of trying to wake us up for his mistake, especially as he knew we had to wake up very early. The basic function of a hotel room is a bedroom to sleep in, and he basically ruined this, because of his own mistake. Unacceptable in our view.

Nice enough private room, quiet location.
