Road construction was going on, so visiting the hotel from the main road with bags was not easy. The hotel owner helped to drop baggage using an adventure car. Thanks Overall the town is very small with limited options and it's easy to walk for anything required

Pretty sure I paid extra. Booking.com said I would pay $82USD but I ended up paying in Soles and it came to more like $105 USD. Mixing the different currencies is a bit confusing so wasn't really aware I was paying extra until later and then didn't have a chance to ask why there was such a difference. There might have been a reason but now I'll never know!

Not enough water coming from the tap/shower/toilet etc. - had to fill in water manually to flush the toilet and could not wash the hair as there was not enough water coming

The property was well-kept and the room was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, and we appreciated that breakfast was made early for us when we had to leave early for a tour. We were also allowed to check in early without any issues.

Internet doesn't work (check reviews). There is no enough water in the shower for a long hair person take a shower. Location is not good, you can find hotels in the main street for the same price.

Breakfast is very basic, with no choice. On our second night we requested a little on our eggs cooking, and the guy gladly accommodated it.

The hotel reflected description and photos. Location was perfect as just a few minutes walk from the Malecon and just a few minutes drive from the entrance to the Natural Reserve of Paracas. We could park outside the entrance, which is guarded by cameras, and the street and area felt very safe. The guy who attended us was very kind, we appreciated his help a lot.

Water pressure in the shower was not good at all, we only stayed for one night so this was fine but would have been an issue if we were there for longer Hotel advertises free parking but it is very difficult to get the hotel by car on the sandy roads

It was too expensive for almost $100 per night. There's no pool, no space at all, only a little zone to sit down.

The location is quite bad. Its located away from the center where all the shops, restaurants, hotels etc are. In front of the hotel is a big construction site and it is all dirt roads around the hotel. There was super loud music playing from the neighbours during the whole night until 4am. At 5:30 some other neighbour started playing really loud music in the whole area until 12pm. Also, the breakfast is quite sad (not even butter for your bread) and is only served between 8-10am which isnt very suitable when a lot of tours start at 8am or earlier. However, after a lot of talking back and forth (the staff that were there spoke no English), we were allowed breakfast at 7:10am.

We're the only guests with 3 rooms in the hotel. With lots of funny experience. 1, The water in the washroom is dropping, you cannot imagine how difficult to take shower. And that one night we cannot take shower cos it's just toooooo little dropping water. The only one staff in the hotel told us that is it. 2, The light in one room is always flashing and hurting eyes, when my colleague ask the staff to change it, he said we have to pay for it if we want to change it...... then they can only move to another room. 3, The breakfast is the same every morning with same just bread and egg. It's not enjoyable at all. It's really dirty the "kitchen" with lots of dusts and we saw small sandy stuff in the coffee mug with clean water. 4, Since we finished our work in the port so we left 2 days earlier, but the manager refused to cancel for the last nights or refund anything. No wonder we're the only guests in this hotel and we feel they don't care about service and quality.
