The (wooden) door would close really loudly, perhaps it's possible to adjust a cushioning layer to prevent this, would also be good to enforce some sort of quiet time as must people staying in Cusco go on tours that start at 4am; I didn't have a good nights sleep on any of my 3 nights, only because of inconsiderate people ("ruby", looking at you!) who would not know the hostel "etiquette". The hostel itself would be spectacular otherwise; and the people working there are very kind and helpful

The double room is quite unique but rather small and not enough ventilated . The greatest advantage, which is the location, is also a disadvantage for the room closest to the street because of the noise from outside.

Great location, right on the central square, great staff, very good vibes. Good (normal) breakfast. There are several room types, dorms and double.

This hostel is the best hostel in Cusco. I was there for a considerable duration and stayed in 3 hostels. This was the best out of the three. Super clean, organized, great staff and delicious breakfast!

Everything was great! Loved from another hostel in Cusco and was happy I did. Really friendly staff, comfortable beds with plenty of toilets and showers. Great location, close to bars if you want to go out but not noisy. Good for socialising.

As it is a backpacker hotel, it could be a little noisy at night. And the hotel is right in a street next to bars.

Very comfy beds, hot showers, very good WiFi, big storage in dorm rooms plus curtains for privacy. Let me use communal shower after a night bus. Helped book tours. Staff were great! Really good location too

Perfect location, very cool and helpful staff, good breakfast and beautiful venue itself. I stayed in private room and suit - both were excellent, especially suit. You can always drop your luggage for free in case of going to Machu Picchu or other locations for a few days.

The music from the street is a bit annoying especially as it goes on so late. Perhaps something could be done to address that. Otherwise hard core ear plugs help!

A bit noisy at night since it’s super centrally located, but not a problem for us!

Super location just next to the famous Plaza de Armas, clean and beautifully designed will gorgeous wall traditional paintings! Staff were nice and helpful! Filtered cold and hot water were available at all time + coco leaves to help adjusting to the high altitude malaise -vibrant atmosphere in the neighborhood, lots of good shops, bars and restaurants close by

There was a lotof noise from the street at night. Imposible to sleep without earplugs.

Very good location. There was a curtain in the bed, good for privacy. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a very good bathroom in my room. The place is beautiful, I felt I was in a very old church.

The only thing I would suggest to improve the light structure in the showers rooms to install more light lamps.

The hostel meets mostly of my expectations, as locations, facilities, friendly staff and the breakfast. The receptionist Maria and David were both incredible and very helpful all time I needed.
