Small criticism, the front desk staff were not very well informed on local activities or areas of night life. Also their limited knowledge of English was a bit challenging.

When we arrived, we had to request to change rooms because the lever of the tap fell out. They changed our rooms promptly which was great but I suffered from a terrible case of sinuses from staying in the room. It wasn't visibly dirty but it was probably dusty inside the room.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast spread! I also liked that the hotel was close to some great restaurants around. They also had a sauna (although we didn't get to use it in the end because you'd have to make an appointment at least 30 mins prior and they also had a business meeting going on during the time we were staying there and the sauna was not available for use).

I would upgrade the breakfast a bit. It seems like every hotel in Peru offers some kind of processed ham instead of real ham to its guests. There were some lunch entrees served for breakfast. A nice espresso machine would be welcome. It's a nice hotel and can always improve!

This was the best run hotel of the group during our 20 day stay in Peru & Bolivia. The area is safe with lots of restaurants and shopping (if you want to browse). Very close is Barranco and the Miraflores boardwalk, and central Lima is only a 30 minute cab ride away. The hotel was clean and the staff responsive.

The breakfast buffet was weak and seemed to run out of food quickly. It would be nice if they would prepare omelettes for their guests.

The front desk staff were exceptional! Always very friendly and willing to assist. I took a tour out to Machu Picchu by myself and they kept in touch with me to ensure everything was going well. A special commendation to front desk receptionist Jesamine, and her staff. Wait staff in the dining room were always accommodating as well. The hotel does well because of their wonderful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Staff weren't as helpful -if you dont ask, you wont get any information. The lighting was quite poor... the room was so big that the other side of the room didn't have lights. They had this event ongoing in the evening -you can hear the music really loud. I mean, to be fair it only lasted till 9pm. But if like us you were leaving very early for an early flight and you just want to relax... lol. I guess we were just expecting more from a 4-star hotel.

Location is great as it is nearby restaurants. Room is very big. Only stayed overnight -it was okay.

Wifi wasn’t working in the first room I was at. I later asked to change rooms, it worked perfectly then. Very poor gym structure - only one equipment, that was very old and didn’t work well.

Staff is really friendly (even too much sometimes) and do everything in their power to provide anything you need.

Had to run the cold water in the bathroom sink throughout the duration of my shower just to get lukewarm water (hot tap turned on full without turning the cold tap on in the shower at all). Again, a common issue in Peru so didn't have a major impact on our stay.

Well priced option in Miraflores and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. We walked from the hotel to the beach and did a circuit of Miraflores and Barranco and back in 6-7 hours including stops for coffee and meals. The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The fridge in the room was a nice touch also. The breakfast spread was quite nice also and they topped up the dishes throughout service to ensure freshness which was great.
