Don’t skip the breakfast! It was hands down the best we’ve had in South America. Gorgeous terrace overlooking the vulcanos, fresh fruit and a very tasty granola. Staff were very accommodating!

Hot water wasn’t always available for shower, and when it was it was lukewarm. Staff would happily help when we asked, though it was too late and we just took a cold shower!

We liked pretty much everything. A beautifully restored old building in a perfect, yet quiet location. Big room, comfy beds. Good breakfast at the roof terrace. Very nice and helpful staff. We certainly stay here again when we come back to Arequipa.

We got a room at this place on the night we arrived, after our other hotel was a complete disaster. It saved the day, and it was really good overall. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was good size and clean and comfortable. Location is great and quiet.

Minor points for improvement: it was difficult to control the temperature of the water in the shower.

Spacious hotel with a nice roof terrace. You get to enjoy your breakfast with a nice view. The staff was friendly and especially the girls who work at the roof terrace were very sweet.

This is something really personal, but I prefer more a buffet while having breakfast. As last was the bed not that comformtable as I expected. The sheets and the pillows of the bed were a bit disappointing.

The hotel is beautifully located in the centre of Arequipa. Besides of that the building of the hotel is typical Arequipeño which makes it really authentic to stay there. There's a beautiful rooftop at the hotel where you have an amazing view of the volcanos. The staff are kind and very helpfull. Our hotelroom was very beautiful and unique designed.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Arequipa as part of our honeymoon trip and had a great time. We arrived extremely early from an overnight bus and the hotel were very accommodating, leaving our bags and checking us in early. They also made us snack lunch boxes to take with us on the days we left on trips too early for breakfast. Having breakfast at the hotel was beautiful with the rooftop setting having a great volcano view.

The breakfast was amazing on a terrace with fantastic views of the snowcapped mountains and beautiful cactus and flowers with hummingbirds hovering overhead. The staff is incredible and fun to chat with.

The style is spot on. Everything you need is there in a convenient environment. The terraza for the breakfast is impeccable: great view, colibris coming to drink water and relaxing atmosphere. The best start of the day during my 23 day business trip

Management should reconsider how the electricity is enabled in the hotel rooms. Currently it seems to require the presence of a key card for all outlets to function. Therefore, because we never spent much time in our rooms, the drinks in the minibar were never chilled.

The room was great with a stunning view to the snowcapped mountains. far enough from the noisy hostels in the old town centre, but only a short walk away to the nice bars and restaurants. The roof terrace was my favourite spot.
