The location of the hotel is between the airport and Plaza de Armas (30 min walk each direction). The room wasn't really like the photos because it was more basic. The photos are from the more deluxe rooms. During our stay, the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. There is a hot tub in the room's bathroom, but it doesn't have a shower curtain, so water falls on the floor. There were only 2 towels, so no extra ones to place on the floor. They had a closet, but no hangers inside to hang your clothes.

The room itself was basic, but I liked the heater inside the room and the big hot tub inside the bathroom. Besides the room, I liked the beautifully decorated lobby. They had a sauna and steam room, which needed to be reserved prior to use. The breakfast was also nice, which was prepared by a chef: bowl of fruit (watermelon, honeydew, papaya), scrambled eggs, cup of yogurt, bread, butter, and jam. Only the coffee and tea were self-service.

The breakfast was the worst of this property, they don’t have any menu for the guest to choose what to eat or simply ask you what do you want, they simply bring you scrambled eggs, bread, juice and fruits but at least the fruits are very good and the eggs are freshly made 😂 The lift is very moody and work some times

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a wonderful massage, and the bartender makes a very good margarita

The hotel had work going on which they didn't tell us about in advance and it was extremely noisy, also the pool was out of action in the day because of the work. Breakfast was terrible, not within walking distance of cusco Square but very cheap on a taxi

Construction and neighbours were very loud and bits of rubble from the construction site fell through the vent into our bathroom

Breakfast could be a little better, there were not many options to drink and eat.

Facilities are great, sauna inside the bathroom was a nice treat! Big room, very comfortable, quiet and clean, just perfect for resting.

The only thing why i rated a 4 star. The hot water kept turning off for a couple of mins.

The noisy guests. It seems they didn't care the time of early morning or night, slamming doors and loud conversations were in order. The guests having sex at night and in the morning were very audible. At one point I wondered if I should cheer for them.
