I was given a windowless room. The air was sticky and the noisy fan didn’t make it any better. The shower was a bit mouldy

There was some dust on the furniture in our room, clearly hasn't been wiped in a while, cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom was clean but very small, each shower ended up flooding the bathroom floor.

Booked last minute after plans changed, staff was kind and helpful, allowed us to check in early. The room is fine for the price. There's a good view from the higher floor windows. There was an OK breakfast. They have a super cute cat at the reception. The location is convenient to walk around Chiclayo's center and within walking distance to some major bus terminals. Wifi worked well. There's no air con but it's not really needed, the temperature went down significantly in the evening even though it was very hot during the day.

I was on the 5th floor and there is no lift. Chiclayo is not very nice either. I only stayed because I'd been unwell and I needed a couple of days rest before more bis travel.

Room was fairly comfy, although it really needed air conditioning. Reasonable price though. Wifi was good. Breakfast was ok.

Room 102 in need of a refurb. Small pokey room. The fan was working but it didn’t help the room being like a sauna I couldn’t sleep properly at night

Location is great but it could get very noisy on the street so no chance to keep the windows open at night It is required to leave your room key at reception at all times Breakfast time finishes at 9 am, so probably a bit early when you’re on holidays.

Good location - close to city’s main square and bus stops to go to Lambayeque and Pimentel. Lovely and helpful staff - very kind staff willing to answer any questions and queries. Special mention to Elizabeth in reception who guided me very well and Yahaira, Cecilia and Celinda from housekeeping for keeping my room and the facilities clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but good - fresh juice, coffee, bread, butter & jam and scrambled eggs. There’s a small coffee place at the corner - called Patria - that I highly recommend. Probably the best chicharrón sandwich I had in town.

It is rather noisy sadly and the walls are very thin. One day the receptionist (or someone else, I couldn't verify that) was listening to Queen until like 01:00 am. While I do appreciate Queen and the songs he played super loudly, I don't when I'm trying to sleep.

The price is definitely very good. So is the wifi connection. The place is also very clean and in principle the staff is very nice. The location is good as it is very central and also not too far from the bus terminals.

Unfortunately one of the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. Glass windows do not close properly. Additionally there is a small gap to the next room, so you basically hear everything from next door and outside.

Nice and large room with good room service and good facilities. Good location, close to the busiest street of Chiclayo. Massive glass windows to see the street outside, beautiful (if you don't mind the noise). Small, but decent breakfast.

This hotel is located on the corner of busy streets, so it's recommendable to take a pair of noise cancelling earphones. Those who want to sleep until late are not for this hotel. If the room had a bath mattress and a lamp by the bedside, it would be better.

The location is very convenient. We can get easily to La Plaza Principal. There are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. in this area. All the staff was very kind. My room was very spacious. The water pressure of the shower was the best in my hotel experience. The breakfast was nice, too.

It was pretty noisy. You hear everyone coming and going and I couldn't sleep any more when they prepared breakfast. The internet was slow and didn't work all the time.

It was clean, lots of options to put your stuff. The shower was exceptionally good for this price range.

It is a very social hotel in the sense that you can follow literally all the conversations from the reception and hear all the movies and music from the room (101). Earplugs proofed useful
