- As it is cold in the night, evening and early morning and there is of course no heating in the villages in the Cañon del Colca, the room has some mold on the walls (other guesthouses have it ofc too). No problem for a night, but if you are allergic to mold, bring medicine.

- Beautiful garden - Little table and 2 chairs in the double room with private bathroom - Delicious food - Gloria and her husband are amazing hosts, very kind and helpful! I had troubles with my stomach and Gloria made me a special tea against the pain and explained me where to find medical help.

The prices were a little higher than other places we stayed, but given the quality of everything that is understandable.

The people were really sweet and helpful. The food was cheap, really good and big portions. Included breakfast was great! The rooms were nice with a beautiful view and private bathroom, which was very clean and had a hot shower. The location is amazing with a great view of the canyon. It has a lovely garden as well, where you can relax after the hike. The quality for the price was amazing!

No reasons to argue, had a perfect stay!

Super nice place! My bed was comfy, everything super clean, tidy and in a good condition. Gloria and her husband Victor are super hospitable, take much care of their property (which has even an orchard with lemons, grenades and a looooot of avocados) and really know how to prepare food. Their dishes have been even better than many restaurants during my trip through Peru (8 weeks!). I highly recommend it - definitely worth the price! Thank you so much!

Great private room and bathroom. Little small but perfect for one night stay during the hike. Breakfast in the morning was good, eggs and crackers and banana pancakes at any time you like. Dinner for 25 soles was great value too. Lovely peaceful surroundings and Mountain View to wake up to.

- It got really crowded during lunch time with tour groups of hikers. It was peaceful again once they left. - The town water got cut off at night time. We didn't have water for flushing at night and early morning. - It would be good if they have hammocks or lounge chair.

- Beautiful garden to chill and have our sandwiches. We were accompanied by a small cute dog and a cat. - Friendly staff, let us check in earlier before 11am. - Breakfast was included with the booking. As we wanted to start hiking at 5am, they packed us egg sandwiches the night before. - The twin room we were staying had great mountain and garden view. It was the corner room on the second level. - Dinner was delicious. Soup, main, desert, tea for a good price.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are terraced and covered with avocado, citrus and other fruit trees. Geraniums and other flowers are everywhere. It’s a lovely place. My room was clean and had a beautiful view of the far side of the canyon. Lunch and dinner were delicious and accommodated my vegetarian requests. There is a small shop where you can buy snacks and supplies. A wonderful place to stay in every way.

I'm a solo hiker was staying with two other couples and they stay in a better room than me which has lighting and charging point. I had to use my flashlight and charge my phone outside which is inconvenient as I think these are basic need that guest house should provided. Things cost a bit more here.

Loved this place! Came here with my partner a few days ago doing Colca Canyon independently over 3 days, would highly recommend 3 days if you have the time as less rushed. The staff are lovely. Dinner and breakfast were great! Room comfortable and clean with a nice view. Amazing value for money - would totally recommend! :)
