No elevator so you have a little workout going to 5th floor at Puno's altitude. You have to wait some time for warm water in the shower.

Bit noisy- our room was at the front and the road noise (Inc car horns!) was quite significant, and you could also hear those in other rooms moving around/alarms going off etc. Room and bathroom were small, but fine for a short stay.

No lift. Highest level is level 5. TV not working. Street is quite noisy at night. Car honking and people shouting probably after drinking. A few pizzeria right below and opposite the hotel. But should be the same if you live around this area.

Location is good. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Supermarket 8 mins walk. Room and toilet was clean and bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Staff are all friendly. Free tea and hot water at the reception area. There was hot water shower and towels all that was clean. Hair dryer can be borrowed from counter. They have a safe place to store your bags while you go on tour. There is heater in the room! Definitely value for money.

The noise from outside and the small size of the room

The hotel was clean. The room was very small. The shower was hot then cold then warm Not consistent The area was busy and loud. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The hotel have perfect location. It's good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. All stuff were really nice and polite. But most of all, Kelly was amazing. She helped us so much with everything we asked for (and it wasn't just once or twice) ! She is an amazing and kind person. We will recommend this hotel to anyone, who want to spend his days in Puno in a pleasant hotel.

Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, which is a bit tiring at this altitude. Poor wifi in the rooms, mostly works at the reception.

Heating in all the rooms! Breakfast from 6am til 9am, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereals, cheese, fruits, juices, bread, jam and butter! And we stored our luggage next to the reception on our last day. There’s a computer available at the reception.

This hotel was the best one in our journey around Peru. Very friendly stuff, nice breakast on covered terrace, very comfort blanket. By the reception there was a thermos cane with hot water and some tea bags and coffe for common use, really required in the cold evenings. But the best was small heating fan in the room which we appreciated very much all evenings because temperature dropped down up to zero in the late June. Hotel is situated close to Plaza de Armas nad relation power/price is excellent. And ca 200m far from hotel there is office of Andinos Tours where we ordered our trips to Tiwanaku and aroud lake Titicaca. The man inside speaks fluently English and German and has very good prices
