Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a lovely stay at Quincha Guest House. It feels more like an AirBnB, then a ho(s)tel. The host replies quickly to any questions you may have. It is a quite neighbourhood, nevertheless close to restaurants and shops.

CanadaHad to wait for shower on the 2nd floor to heat up, but not a problem as they have other showers in the house that are hot.
Very nice and accommodating host! Appreciated that we could use kitchen to boil water. Really close to the shopping mall, and the area is surrounded by easy to walk to restaurants. The area is quiet at night, comfy beds, easy sleep. How shower available on the top floor. Spacious room. Cold at night in the winter season so layer up or use the extra blankets they provide.

PeruI did not noticed in the picture that is necessary to climb a wooden ladder to get into the bed(my fault). Other guest were trying to get in the room by night ,I think they got confused ..3 times. The lock of the door should be fixed. I would have expected more cleanliness,Tv did not work and was dusty but I did not need it.Linens need to be renewed.
The location is excellent nearby everything you need in Miraflores ,the area safe and quiet area,wifi was working properly. Convenient for my 1 night stay.

South KoreaHost was a very kind host before my luggages were stolen in the room. However, when my camera and laptop were stolen in my room, he told me that if I was going to report it to the police station, I should state that it was stolen in a park or something. Not in the hostel. I used the room alone and no one cleaned it, but it was stolen. Besides, there was no cctv in the hostel.
The location of the accommodation is good and the price is cheap.
