I have to give this hotel a 10-star rating because of their excellent services during our stay. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful with everything you need. Breakfast is served on the top terrace, offering stunning views of Cusco city, which become magical at night. The staff is very accommodating with requests and can arrange tours and taxis as needed. You can store your luggage without any issues and request packed breakfasts for early departures. Drinks, including coca leaves, are available any time of day. The location is great, about a 10-15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas in Cusco. During our stay, we walked to and from the main square several times, and it was an easy walk. Laundry service is available at the hotel and in the neighborhood.

It was very loud since the property was In a popular part of the city and the street lights were bright. I didn’t mind it but my husband struggled to stay asleep. The bed and pillows were very hard but some may like that.

The property was only a quick 10 minute walk to the main square. The staff was available 24/7. They had muna and cocoa tea available 24:7 to help with elevation acclimation. They had free breakfast which was actually amazing. If you wanted specific eggs, they would make it for you. We had to wake up before breakfast around 3am twice for trips and they prepared a brown bag lunch for us to take with us! Each night they brought in a hot water bottle and put it under the blankets for us when we got home to be toasty!

No one was at the front desk at times. And breakfast staff had hard time providing dishes and food.

Bedroom had only window facing the closed, interior atrium.

In room was heating and each night staff provided hot water thermophor to bed. Tasty breakfast with fresh rolls and avocado. Location in small street, so it wasnt noisy.

The bathroom was a bit smelly sometimes. We did not know in adwance/it was not written anywhere that there will be a 7% surcharge if you pay with credit card.

The very attentive an friendly personnel and the delicious breakfast. There have always been cut fresh fruits, cheese and ham, bread, avocado and tomato, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs (fried, scrumbled, boiled...), tea, coffee .. When we had a trip early in the morning they packed us a breakfast box with a sandwich, banana and some crackers. And we could leave our luggage there during our two days trip to Machu Picchu.

The breakfast was really good! The location was 10 minutes from the historic centre so it is perfect if you prefer something quieter. It has a laundry place, restaurants, cafes, and little markets in the hotel road so it’s very well located! The staff was super lovely and nice, they helped us getting tours around Cusco and train to Macchu Picchu! We also needed to leave our bags after check out and they saved everything for us without a fuss!

Internet could be a little better and our room was adjacent to the street which made it a little noisy at times.

Good breakfast, really friendly staff who helped us out on numerous occasions and kept our bags for a couple of days while we went to Macchu Picchu. Also was great to have a hot drink station near the room so you could have hot drinks, a nice extra.

A lovely little hotel with a short walking distance to the center of town. There are some restaurants even closer by, just two minutes away. The staff is very helpful. Hot water is available for tea at all times. It is also possible to ask them to take care of laundry or book tours.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is in a good location about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Without their help I would not have made it to Machu Pichu. They also helped me to get my bus booking to La Paz changed. I can't thank them enough.

Sometimes the street is a bit busy with traffic so a bit noisy in the evening.

Property was close to plaza de armas. Hot water and tea for consumption on second floor was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially ANGIE!! She works the evening shift and was so helpful and kind to us for our stay. She even let me use the hotel computer to book my flight since my phone wasn’t working. She made our stay the BEST! it was also nice if you are leaving early for tour they give you a little bag breakfast. Also the hot water bottles they give you at night was a great touch!!

One day it took well past noon to clean our room, but it was a very busy day at the hotel so understandable. Also, there were early mornings when we were told there would be hot water for tea, but there wasn't. Other than those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Our room was small but very clean, the bed was comfortable and hot water was always available with good pressure which can be hard to find in Cusco. The breakfast area is very pleasant with a lovely view of Cusco, and the breakfast was substantial with fruit, cheese, eggs, bread, good coffee, cereal etc and exceeded our expectations. The location is about a 10-15 min walk from the center of Cusco and was fine - some traffic noise but not too bad. The senora in charge is excellent, speaks good English and is very helpful with information. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are clean and modern, the location is quiet but close to the center and there is a really neat rooftop lounge area. The staff here was SO kind, helpful and attentive to anything we needed. We particularly loved Janeth who is the answer, she was really incredible.
