Hot water has to be heated in advance, so not great for unscheduled showering. But this is better for environment, so it was OK.

The owner is one of the most warm & friendly people I met in Peru. She went out of her way to confirm booking in advance, help us arrange transport in Cusco, and woke up at 4am to make us breakfast. Location is 10 min walk (on flat sidewalk) to train & bus stations. Highly recommend this location.

Vilma was a wonderful hostess, she made us feel more like we were visiting a long lost relative rather than staying in a guesthouse. The room was very comfortable and very large, and the breakfast was big and filling as well. I really liked how everything was decorated in the house and the location was great: outside the touristy center but still walking distance from everything.

Vilma, our host, was extremely helpful and orientated us with our trip to Cuzco and its surrounds. We had to leave at 4am and she and her husband woke up to make sure everything was in order. Everything was impeccable.

This was our second time stay while we back from Machupicchu, this time we also very late to arrive to Cusco due to road collapsed with heavy rain till 1:30am, Vilma was also waiting to us and with warm welcome and prepared some hot water to us, we all felt very warm and so thank you to Vilma. Her Sister restaurants - MA MA Jama was also very delicious and valuable, the food quality is good and very tasty and valuable, the staff services is excellent too, highly recommended. Vilma is a excellent host, highly recommended to stay in Belle Maison who will visit Cusco to feel the warmest take care and welcoming with her.

Lady Vilma is the excellent and most helpful host I have ever met, when we seriosly delay of the bus to Cusco, she updated me the status of the bus route need to change a longer road due to the original road was broke, her driver come to the bus terminal to waiting for us several times until we arrived Cusco on midnight eleven o'clock. When we arrive, Vilma was waiting for us of the entrance even heavy raining, warm welcome to us and prepare warm water and take care with us. Her house is classic and beautiful, the room and the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is nice and big. She also bring us to the train station to brought the train ticket to Machu Picchu, she is the most nice host I have met, I definitely will come back when we finish Machi Picchu visit.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating when we had to travel to machu pichu and had to leave our checkin luggage at her place after our stay. Even on the day of the stay she waited for us as we reached late in the night and made sure we had everything before we went to bed.

Amazingly warm welcome, courteous and super attentive hosts. Super clean spacious room with a private bathroom. Beautiful breakfast offered daily. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was super secure. Easy access to multiple plazas, markets, etc. 100 percent recommend!

We loved Belle Maison and the owner Wilma. Coming off the busy street and entering this beautiful place took my breath away. Such a wonderful home. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were able to have a very early check in and a late check out which made catching overnight buses much more comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious especially the huge fruit salad. Wilma is an exceptional host and couldn't have been kinder. Highly recommend Belle Maison.

Vilma is an absolutely extraordinary land lady. She is the nicest, most engaged host I have ever met. If you need taxi, directions through the city or a super early breakfast - there is no problem for her. The whole place is really clean and comfortable and she makes you feel like home. The localization is a bit distant from the direct city center, about 20 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas, but thanks to that it is more calm. The markets are nearby and it is close to the San Pedro market. I trully reccomand this stay.

I don't remember having so much care and attention from the hosts. Vilma made everything to make my stay in Cusco really comfortable. Early check-in, late check-out. Explained everything, even walked with me to train station... The house is beautiful and they really care about cleaningness. Breakfast was great too! Eggs, fruits... I aslo was able to leave my bags so that to go to Machupicchu light. Thank you, Vilma :)

The breakfast was very good and satisfying. Always served with a smiling face. Bilma is very friendly and a fine host. She was very helpful in every possible way. She is always around to take care of every need. The property is very good looking, very clean and well maintained. Well located. Walking distance to the historic center. I think I made a perfect choice by by staying at this place. Highly Recommended.

While obvious on the map it is not that close to the center. Expect a lot of walking.

Wilma takes care of everything, even washed my clothes and got up in the middle of the night to arrange the Taxi for my 0400 tour to Humantay lake. Like an excellent British B&B 😀. Quite a few inexpensive cafes and shops around.
