It is not a real issue but there were construction nearby which make the room noisy. The room had only one towel and one glass which was very spartan.

The breakfast was ok for the price and nice to have. The location is very good because it is close to the business district. The room was minimal but provided a good value.

The facility is very old, works nothing there. Hair dryer, locks, lockers. Lock the window in your shower, somebody literally tried to put his phone with camera there.

Location is close to all business centers, breakfast is fine.

I came for work and to visit family at the same time, The hotel does not offer anything additional to make your stay easier if you come from business, no laundry services, no food after breakfast, and You cant purchase additional toiletries. They have a radio in the room and it is loud, of course, I did not use it. This is not a long-term hotel.

Staff was rather non-responsive prior to arrival. Emails through Booking.com were either not answered or answered after a week. Multiple Phone calls were not answered even though several people sit at the front desk. Email bounced back. This is the email from the website. Different Phone number that Booking.com provided was also not answered.

Location: proximity to the conference center was good. It was basic and clean. An extra blanket was provided upon request. Breakfast was basic.

shower don't work properly, hot tub take so long to be ready for use cable not working properly, water pressure was so bad missing instructions label to use every amenities, like the sauna and the ho tub phone in the room have not good access to the lobby .

Unfortunately very disappointed by 2 things: - Extremely noisy. From the street but also from the neighbouring room (could hear them having loud sex for 2 hours). I wish I could have booked a cheaper and more mediocre place a bit further from the main street. Too bad because the room was super nice. - I ended up paying way more because they have bad exchange rate. The agreed price on booking.com was in dollars but I could only pay in soles when paying by card, with an exchange rate higher by 10% than the average one. I complained and asked to pay in dollars with my card but they could only accept dollars in cash. Since the agreed price is in dollars, I should be able to pay in dollars

Very comfy bed and room. Very clean and good bathroom. They served me breakfast earlier because I had to leave early in the morning.

Saying goodbye to the friendly staff!

Was doubting a bit about staying here because of the low price, thinking it might be not as nice as other places I have stayed, but oh boy I am so glad I did stayed! It is in a excellent location, the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and lots of water pressure in the showers. They bring breakfast to your room every morning with fresh bread with ham and cheese or a breakfast sandwich with scramble eggs and sausage, fresh juice, coffee and a sweet bread. The customer service at this place is top notch they go above and beyond to make you feel like home, specially wonderful Janette in the reception desk and the security person at the front of the hotel Augusto!!
