The only thing I can think of is the shower was very slippy as is it has floor tiles and it could be made safe by adding a non slip rubber mat.

The layout of the hotel is complicated with lots of stairs, but understandable that it is a conventional building on uneven levels.

The property is super clean. You can see staff clean the rooms and common areas promptly and with great care. The staffs are friendly and helped carry luggages up the stairs for us. It also has beautiful courtyards with lush plants and flowers that we really enjoyed. Location was great with easy access for taxi and tour pickup while also very walkable to central locations of the town or towards San Blas and other tourist sites.

Honestly this place is breathtaking. My shower was not able to maintain temperature and went cold to hot, is the only bad thing I can find to write

It's like a place out of a romance novel. The property, not much visible from outside, but the inside opens up to a page from a 19th century Spanish romance novel. Gardens are beautifully maintained, and the courtyards decorated to take you back a couple of centuries. Outside of the physical property itself, the staff were amazing as well. We slept in and were going to miss the train: two people ran up to get our luggage down while one checked us out and the other got us a taxi before we were even done.

It's a lovely historical building--Inca wall and old Spanish building. The staff were helpful and responsive to our requests. The place is far enough away from the hubbub to be pretty quiet but just a short walk to the main square, with some food options even closer.

Beautiful and great location. There were nice hangout spaces both inside and outside. Always had hot water available and coca leaves for tea. Breakfast was nice too! Good selection for lots of different preferences.

I loved the layout of the hotel - so many beautiful spaces to hang out in besides our room where we could relax. I also appreciated the 24 hour purified water and hot tea - huge because of the potential for altitude sickness.

The only downside I can even begin to think of is maybe the uphill climb to reach it by foot. Cusco is high altitude so I was quite winded walking around town. The hotel does have coca tea available 24/7 to help with altitude sickness though.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. It is located in the colonial district and has such a lovely charm. Fountains and botanicals everywhere, it was truly wonderful. Staff was also very kind and helpful, the offered a free pick up from the airport as well!

Everything was great. Really lovely environment and ambience. Fantastic location. Staff were extremely helpful, e.g. calling our tour operators when they hadn't replied to our messages. Arranged to pick us up from the airport on arrival. Early breakfast available to fit with early pick up for tours and provided good snacks when we left even earlier. Can't think of anything that could have improved. Would very happily stay there again.
