Our toilet was leaking so we had to turn the water off.

The staff are amazing and so helpful, kind, and accommodating. This was exactly what we needed arriving late after days of hiking. Good breakfast that caters to your preferences, welcome drink, washing service, knowledge about the area and Machu Picchu processes. Nice roof top and good view from our room.

We had difficulties with the toilet , however the owner was very cooperative, to solve the situation promptly.

The staff was very helpful and amazing ladies coordinating the entire hotel facilities. We were upgraded to a room due to some inconvenience faced during our stay in the first room 🙂

Perfect location. Very quiet despite being right in the middle of town, nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Lovely owner. She helped me with so many things, including restaurant recommendations. she picked me up at the train station, took me to change money and buy my bus tickets to Machu Picchu. Her elderly mother even walked me to the train station when it was time to go back to Cusco.

My lycra pants disappeared. I don’t remember if they were in the wash or not, but they disappeared.

The property was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The views on the balcony were great. The ladies did my washing for free. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a night stay prior to taking the bus to Machu Picchu.

Super close to the train station (the hotel entrance is actually across the train tracks but we were not disturbed by city noise as the river is much louder :)...). The lady who received us and prepared breakfast at the time we requested was super friendly and helpful. There was sufficient hot water for the shower in both our rooms. Beautiful view from the rooftop on the river and roaring water.

My stay was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and made the stay feel as if I was at home. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was superb with a view of the river and mountains. I would recommend this option.

Nothing really other than some hooks to hang my clothes. The lobby is quite basic but func tional. Main thing was the room was comfortable.

Warm welcoming host who picked me up at the train station and helped me to buy the bus tickets to MCPC for the nx morning. Gave me some bearings around town even though I only arrvd at 930pm. She arranged a guide for me too, which was quite fairly priced. Bkf at the rooftop was wonderful in the company of a guest from Brazil. Place was well kept and clean. Nice hot shower, good rest, wonderful bkf and well located a few mins walk to the town square and the bus pickup point to Machupicchu

What a great hotel! The owner really made my trip to Macchu Pichu possible. She took me in hand to get a ticket that I had thought wouldn't be available. My room had a sweet view of the roaring River below and the incredible mountain above. And Aguas Calientes is a delightful town.

The staff was exceptionally helpful! They waited for me at the train station, helped me to buy a bus ticket to the mountain, guided me to the slightly hidden hotel entrance, and let me check-out late for no additional charge.

Note there are no screens on the windows so there will be insects in the room at night but it wasn't too bad, bring repellent if you are sensitive.

The staff welcomed us at the train station and led us back to the motel. The room we had overlooked a river and was so calming, we had the best sleep ever. We had a lovely cooked breakfast by the host. The staff were also kind enough to let us have a shower after returning from Machu Picchu before our train back to Cusco.

The shower wasn't great. I had to ask twice for cold water to be turned on. The first time was fine but the second time the cold water stopped and started as did the hot so it wasn't easy to get showered. Not sure if water pressure is a common problem in Aguas Calientes.

Amazing staff happy to help with everything and made me a packed breakfast to take with me to Macchu Picchu. Room very comfortable with river views. Great location.

II would improve on the breakfast a bit. Add some fresh bacon, toast, and eggs.

The host is very friendly and attentive. The river was flowing close under the window, which creates a fine relaxing atmosphere. The view is beyond comparison. Would stay there again definitely.

close to the train station and main plaza. the room is clean and have ample space. the view from the window is exceptional. the owner of the hotel is very hospitable and accomodating. she will recommends attractions and restaurant to visit. you can leave your baggage when you do macchu pichu. free breakfast is ok with eggs, fruit juice, bread, etc.

The host and the staff were sooo nice, I felt like I was staying home. Johnny met me in the train station when I arrived. The host lady brought me my forgotten breakfast all the way to my bus! I was so touched and that made my day. The room is small but very clean,and has all the essentials. The location is great, convenient to the bus terminal to Machu Picchu. It exceeded my expectations.
