    Tiny bathroom

Nice and secure place to stay, close to everything in the heart of Cusco.

    Nothing Special.

The most nicest point was owner Riliana!!! She was so kind and always care about me. The breakfast was homemade and delicious, and they were attentive to my worries about being in a new place. What left a particular impression on me was that when I joined a bus tour and needed to catch the bus to Machu Picchu, she responsibly took me to my destination regardless of the time of day, even though it wasn't her duty. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room we got, wasn't what we expected, the photos look great, but that's not what we felt, we thought it would be a 495sqft room with lots of space, that was incorrect. The room was pretty dirty, hair and dust on the floor, building parts left around the room, the sink and toilet were terrible, just looked like they hadn't been cleaned since construction. The construction is just weird, light switches aren't flush to the wall, the sink overhangs into the shower, you have to duck your head to enter or exit the bedroom. Breakfast looked like an afterthought, we only tried the juice and it was almost hot and then we just had to leave. It's misleading to call it a hotel, it's the bottom floor of a converted house and you enter though someone's living room. The place is difficult to find, it's not on Maps and there is no signage.

Bed was comfortable. Location is pretty good although the street and entrance to the "hotel" feels sketchy.

I got to the hotel at 3 pm and my room was not ready even though check in is from 12. They told me that my room was ready and that they just had to take out the trash. 30 minutes later I asked if I could get my room, but they just kept telling me to wait “un momento”. When I finally got my room after 45 minutes of waiting it was super dirty. The floor had staines and big chunks of hair and dust laying around. The toilet was not clean at all, and when I pointed this out I was told that they could not find the toilet brush…… I eventually got another room that was cleaner.

Friendly staff all over. Good location.
